"I know theres some kind of trick to this but I cant remember it"
Joe spoke to his near thousand viewers watching him stream on twitch. He had been playing quite a long time, just under a few hours and he was planning on going a few more.

"Emilyrichards123, you need to go under into the basement and there should be a key to unlock the door to the next level. Amazing thank you emilyricahrds123"
He read out a comment and contined to play his game, a new version of a game he played as a kid.
He sat back, hand on the mouse as he finally unlocked the door to level 15.

"Great, next level here I come...."
Just as joe spoke again his phone, which was sat on the desk next to the keyboard vibrates and flashed. He normally didn't go on his phone when he was streaming because he was streaming on his computer. He had the computer, and he just didn't want to get distracted. He had people watching who were here to watch him play games not just sit on his phone. He would normally just leave it but when he saw the word
'dianne💕' pop up he picked it up straight away and opened her message.

I need you, can you come upstairs. I know you're streaming but I dont know what to do I need help.

Joe instantly panicked. It sounded bad but the way she had written it scared him just as much as the words. No kiss at the end, that wasnt like her. It must be something bad if she didn't know what to do. It couldn't be that needed help sorting something in the apartment out, she stayed pretty much every night and had done since they got together. She knew how to work everyhting and knew where everything was by now. And she messaged him. She didn't come downstairs to ask him either, she needed him to come to her.

"Ok guys, I am so sorry but I am going to have to end this stream early, my agents just messaged me saying she needs to call me urgently. I'm very sorry about this guys, thank you all for watching. I will be back tomorrow around the same time. Bye"
Joe quickly made up an excuse. He couldn't say dianne needed him, everyone would be speculating what was going on.
Joe didn't waste any time, he ended his stream, and left his office going upstairs to dianne who he knew had been there for a few hours, she had been very quiet. Normally he would hear her crashing around upstairs but he hadn't heard a sound from her since he went onto twitch.

He reached the top of the stairs and turned towards his bedroom which dianne had now adopted as her own too. His heart stopped when he saw dianne stood before him, mascara running down her face, her whole body shaking and struggling to breathe.

"What's wrong?"
He blurted out not knowing what to do. He hadn't seen her like this before. If she was ever upset she was really discreet about it, she wouldn't normally shake this viciously.

"What's happened?"
He asked her. But just like before there was no answer. She couldn't speak. Instead of asking anymore questions he went straight to her wrapping his arms around diannes back. She buried her head into his chest and held onto him tightly.

"You're ok. I've got you"
Joe didn't really know what to do. He didn't know what was going on or how to handle it. He didn't know what was making his girlfriend like this.
He held her in his arms whilst she cried. He could feel her becoming less and less week as he held her, her legs slowly giving up almost like she was going to faint. He could feel her heart beating againts his chest, and it wasnt normal. It was beating fast, very fast, which was he finally had an idea of what was going on.

"Ok....I think you might be having a panic attack. Just try to steady your breathing. You're ok though, I'm here, I've got you"
He took her hand in his to remind her he wasn't going anywhere. He was there for her. He knew very little about this mind of thing, he had experienced things like this in the past but not as bad as what he was seeing dianne go through. Zoe had also suffered quite bad with anxiety when she was still living at home so he just tried to do what he had seen alfie do when zoe would get really bad.

"I don't think I can breathe"
Dianne stuttered out

"Try not to talk, it will make it harder. Copy me, in and out really slowly. That's good, well done"
Dianne began to copy him taking deep breaths in and out like he showed her. She was still struggling though.

"My chest hurts"
Dianne said breathlessly

"I know my love but keep doing that breathing and it will get better. Steady your breathing"
He told her and after a few minutes dianne was able to speak without everything hurting. She sat down on the bed with joe, still keeping close to him.

"Now you've clamed down, do you want to talk about things? It might help to get it all out and talk about it"
Joe asked her

"I don't even know what caused it though"
Dianne spoke quietly, shaken up from what had happened. This wasn't like her, to get this upset was out of the ordinary for her. She got upset sometimes but not to this extent.

"Is there anything on your mind at the moment? Something that's stressing you out?"
He asked her

"I dont think so. I don't know what I'm upset. It's like I'm sad for no reason"
She told him

"You just needed to get the tears out"
Dianne nodded

"Has anything like this happened before?"
He added

"Yeah, when I was younger like when I was in school but it was never this bad. And I would have a reason why I got so upset back then. Now I dont know why I got upset just then"
She explained to her boyfriend

"You dont need a reason sometimes you just need to cry and it's ok. You might of just got so overwhelmed from crying that it sent you into a panic attack but you dont need to he ashamed or anything"
He told her

"Sorry I stopped your stream for literally nothing. I was upset over nothing"

"You dont need to be sorry, You needed me. I would of felt worse if you didn't tell me at all and I found you in a worse situation than I just did. You can call me whenever you need and I will always be there for you in a heartbeat."
He said

"Thank you"
Dianne said with a smile

"Its ok, I'm only doing what you need from me. I love you"

"I love you too"
Dianne said as she brought her lips up to Joe's, pressing them againts his kissing him softly.
