Love is Electric- joe and dianne one shots

Sorry for it being so long but its here.
It would also be really helpful if any of you have ideas to suggest them as I am running out and want to get lots of chapters done before I go back to school and exams continue.

"Do you want a cocktail? Or maybe a bottle of champagne to share?"
Joe asked his girlfriend who sat on the other side of the table to him. Her golden makeup glowing under the light, and her curled hair resting againts her shoulder and down her back. She wore a short green dress, that wrapped around her perfect figure. She looked beautiful tonight.

"You sure? It's like £40 for a champagne"
She asked.

"And....its valentines day. And I love you."
In the short amount of time they had been together, they had come to the conclusion that valentines day wasn't worth celebrating. Why not show eachother you love one another every day of the year, rather than just February the 14th? But joe had surprised her with a little date night out at a rooftop restraunt in the centre of london, taking the opportunity to spoil his girlfriend and spend time with her.

"Go on then. I can pay though"
She said

"No, my treat."
He insisted. They were still very early on in their relationship and because the majority of it so far had to be in secret they hadn't gone on many dates so always had the classic debate of who was paying.

"Thank you"
Dianne smiled softly gazing into his eyes.

"You alright?"
Joe asked noticing the softness in the redheads voice.

"Yeah. I'm just happy. Nobody's ever really done anything like this for me and it's nice."
She told him

"Well I love you"
He said making her smile even more. She still hadn't gotten used to those 3 words.

"I love you too......your eyes look really pretty tonight"
She said

"I can tell, you keep staring"
He laughed innocently

"I cant help it, you look so good"
Dianne told him

"So do you"
He said

"Thanks. You literally always look so hot though, I wish I could wake up looking like you."
She told him

"That would be freaky. Just to wake up and my girlfriends turned into me. I'd feel like I was sleeping with myself"
He told her making them both laugh.

"You know what I meant. Just to look as hot as you it would be...."
Joe interrupted

"You do look hot. You look stunning."
He told her

"Really?"
She blushed

"Really. I'm literally in awe of you dianne. I always am but you look extra incredible tonight"
He said

"Were literally talking like were teenagers on our first date. Were so soppy joe."
Dianne giggled

"So what? It doesn't matter. Were In love and...."

"Hi guys, can I get you anything to drink?"

Dianne held tightly onto Joe's hand as they walked through the streets of london after making the very good decision to take the half an hour walk back to Joe's apartment along the Thames. It was dark and cole but they didn't care because they had eachother and they were enjoying eachothers company.

"Did you enjoy tonight? Was it ok?"
Joe turned to her and asked

"It was lovely. Thank you"
She smiled

"I'm glad. We'll do something next year too"
He suggested

"Yes, but can I plan it? Please, I feel bad"
She asked

"Of course. Why do you feel bad?"
He asked her

"Because you've surprised me and taken me to a roof top bar. And you payed for a very expensive dinner. You literally spent 40 quid on a bottle of champagne and I havent even got you a card."
She told him

"But I wanted to. Can't I spoil my girlfriend every once in a while?"
He said

"I'm not saying dont because it was so nice but I feel I need to make it up to you somehow. Is there anything you'd like in particular?"
She asked

"You"

"What?"
Dianne questioned

"I want you. Being here with you is all I want. I dont want anything dianne apart from you to be here with me and for you to be happy"
He told her

"That's really cute.....I still feel bad though"

"Dont be. I really dont want anything."
He said

"Oh actually, I have an idea"
A smirk grew on diannes face, an idea about what to give joe popping into her mind.

"Really? What is it?"
He asked

"Its a surprise. You'll have to wait"
She smiled to herself

"Ok....I cant wait"
He said

"You better not beable to wait"
Dianne giggled innocently as they continued to walk along the river, soon arriving to the apartment block which had become practically diannes home by now. They went up in the lift, eventually reaching Joe's apartment and unlocking the door. Dianne instantly rushed upstairs, joe following shortly behind her.

"Whats the rush for?"
By the time joe got upstairs, he just saw dianne close the door to the bathroom, so he waited on his head, laying back.

"I'm getting your surprise ready"
She shouted from the other side of the door.

"Ok....shall I wait here?
Joe asked

"Yeah, I wont be long"
She told him. Joe waited for longer than long. It had been a good ten minutes she had been in there, preparing this 'surprise'.

"Are you nearly done?"
He asked

"Nearly"

"Hurry up, your scaring me abit"
He joked as he contuined to wait

"Dont be"
She told him

"Can I at least have a clue, whilst I'm waiting?"
He asked

"Ok....you havent been able to keep your eyes off me all evening, now your not gonna be able to keep your hands off me"
She told him

"I'm even more excited now, how much longer because....."
He was interrupted by the click of the bathroom door and the door opening. Dianne coming round the corner, blowing joe away wearing an lacey black underwear set he had never seen before.

"Wow....."
Joe stuttered not being able to find the words.

"Happy valentines day jospeh"
Dianne whispered as she walked up to him, placing her legs over his hips so she was straddling him, wrapping her arms around the back of his neck.

"So this was my surprise?"
He asked, dianne nodding.

"You just sit back and enjoy the ride jospeh sugg"
She said making joe burst into laughter, burying his head into the crook of her neck.

"What? What's so funny?"
Dianne giggled not figuring out what she had really said.

"Good innuendo. I liked that one"
He smiled trying to contain his laughter

"Oh..."
Dianne realised what he meant.

"Dont ruin the moment....its our first valentine's day together, and I want it to be sepcial"
She told him, beginning to press a soft kiss to his cheek, which lead down to his neck which was things began going from one to the other and their first valentines day together was definitely not one they were going to forget.
