"What do you think?" Ember asks me giving a small spin in her dress for tonight. It's a light red with a baby blue weaved into it. The skirt is short but has layers of thin red and blue fabric stacked on top of each other. The bodice is tight, red on the sides with blue strings crisscrossing over black fabric in the middle. As she spins it dances around her like a blue coloured flame.

"I think..." I pull her down onto the bed with me, our mouths inches apart. "You are the most beautiful thing I have ever laid eyes on." She smiles against my lips and kisses me.

Kissing Ember is like diving into a fire. It's heated and passionate, a burning so intense it encompasses you. I thought I would eventually become immune to it, but I just can't see that happening. I pull her close, never wanting to let go. Sadly she pulls away.

"I shouldn't even be showing you this. It's bad luck to see the dress before the ceremony." Her eyes gleam with a mischievous light.

"I don't care. I'll marry you no matter what. We've had to go through Hell. Beat the Devil. Fight in a supernatural war, and the face the death of those we love." She puts her head down but I pull her chin up. "I think bad luck is done with us."

"I miss her so much. I don't think I'll ever stop missing her." A single tear slips down her cheek.

"That's okay. She'll always be in your heart." She smiles sheepishly. "I have a surprise for you."

She perks up slightly. "What is it?"

"Come on I'll show you." I pull her up off of me and lead her down to the dining room. We get to the door and hear voices. Three voices. Ember catches on.

"Berta? Greta?" She squints. "I don't recognize the other voice."

"Come see." I push her into the room and she comes face to face with Bea.

"What? Bea? What happened?" She yells. I follow her gaze and smile. Bea has transformed. She is no longer a small child. She is grown now 17 years of age.

"Berta and Greta found the demon. They had her break the spell, and turn me into something like him." She says pointing at me. Ember cries and runs over to her.

Bea is really beautiful, she's grown up very well. She has red fiery hair that reaches her mid back. Her skin is slightly bronzed but with a slight red hue. Her eyes, still the colour of fire, they look like flames are incased in them always trying to break free. She's as tall as Ember and just a slim. I watch as they babble about all that's happened and can't help but chuckle.

"What?" They say in stereo. Shooting mental daggers at me.

"For once. You guys look like actual teenagers. It's cute."

"Cute?" They hiss. Uh oh. Ember goes to launch at me but Bea holds her back.

"Don't hurt him. It's his wedding in a few hours." Her eyes wistful.

"Right. I also shouldn't get this dress dirty." Ember says nonchalantly.

"Wait...that's the dress?" Bea, Berta and Greta screech. Ember nods. Then as quick as they can they push me out of the room, yelling at me about bad luck and tradition.

I stuff my hands in my pockets and head towards my own room. I guess I should be getting ready for tonight too. To be honest, I'm really nervous. I love Ember so much but what if bad luck isn't done with us?

I'm standing at the end of the aisle. Sweating with nerves. Then the music starts, the crowd goes silent and she rounds the corner.

Wow.

She's stunning. Her hair is curly and put into a waterfall braid with blue and red jewels weaved into it. She looks up at me, her green eyes shining like emeralds. I love her. I've known this for a long time but right now the feeling just washes over me like a tidal wave. Powerful and encompassing. I love every inch of her. Her hair, her eyes, her lips. I love every part of her. Her honesty, her power, her compassion. I love her so fully and completely it's frightening.

With every step she takes I get happier. One more step and she's at my side, holding my hand, reciting vows. The ring is cool on my finger. Then comes the best part. I sweep her into my arms and kiss her. Pouring all my love and compassion for her into that one breath taking kiss. She returns my heated passion and smiles. Pulling away I gaze into her eyes.

"I love you." She whispers.

"I love you more. I will always love you forever and always. This is our happily ever after."
