Kirby and the Dark Stars (OLD)

Chapter 13: The bad luck of clestvan.

It was a calm, cloudy day in the town of cappytown, Tuff and Kirby were playing with Honey, Iro and Spikehead while Tiff was sat under a tree, Tokkori perched on her head, squawking like the annoying bird he is.

Tiff was still in thought from the information she learnt two days ago, still trying to figure out what truely had been said. Tuff didn't seem to care while Kirby didn't understand but tiff knew what was said and knew what it could mean, was what Crystal said a mean joke or was it her being truthful, even if it was a lie what did Fomey's answer then mean. What did any of her answers mean.

Just after she was trying to make up her mind about what she believed the case was, rain began to fall down, it was very heavy, Tokkori flew into the tree above them taking cover, the others ran to join Tiff for a moment they stood there looking into the sky.

"We should go see Kabu about this. Let's go kirby, come on Tuff." Tiff told them, Tuff was walking away with Honey, Iro and Spikehead.

"Nah don't wanna, what hell is he going to do? It's some sudden, heavy rain." Tuff responded, Tiff stared at him but couldn't be bothered to argue with Tuff at this moment in time.

"Whatever scaredy-cat." She said as she and kirby ran off to Kabu Canyon.

Upon arriving at kabu canyon, they began to head over to Kabu and head inside the room with the warp star, they saw Meta Knight stood inside, holding an lantern with a purple and teal flame inside it of it.

"Hello Sir Meta Knight, what are you doing here?" Tiff called out, Meta Knight turned around before opening the lantern and holding the flame in his hand, being completely fine, the flame seemed different to a normal fire, clearly the colour but how it moved.

"What is that fire" Tiff exclaimed, before the flame then flew off Meta Knights hand, landing on the floor before becoming Fomey.

"You mean who is that fire, it was me by the way." Fomey answered to Tiff. Not impressed, Fomey was about to ask her own question but was interrupted by a loud roaring from outside,  the four all left the room, only to see a strange hovering creature, stabbing the floor with its tail.

It had floating hands and wings and seemed to have lots of colours on it. Then the creature turned to face them, before charging at the four, who all dived out of the way.

"Metaaaaa, what is that thing." Fomey asked Meta Knight as she then grabbing him, as she gave him a cuddle. Meta Knight pulled her up into his lap, playing with her hair. Meanwhile the creature had bashed into a wall, remaining stunned for a moment.

"That, my sweet, is a demon beast named clestvan. It's known to have bad luck that follows it everywhere, it's most likely why there is rain all of a sudden, they are known for having water and fire abilities but if it's tail were removed it contain spear properties, it's weakness is it's mouth, being stabbed in the mouth would be the creatures end." Meta Knight explained.

The creature recovered from being stunned and turned around and changed again, Tiff and Kirby were already out of its path but Fomey was getting up to run, trying to pull Meta Knight from its path as well but didn't manage to pull him quick enough the creature coiled its tail around Meta Knight causing Fomey to be knocked away, slowly rising in the air, tightening its grip slowly as well.

Meta Knight began gasping for air as his mask got shattered to pieces, as all the pieces began falling down. Fomey was very angry, she got out her claws and began climbing the walls of the canyon before jumping at the creature, cutting its tail off, she grabbed Meta Knight holding him tight so she wouldn't let him go.

The clestvan was screaming in pain, it's tail dropped to the ground. Tiff then commanded Kirby, as she often did when he was in a fight.

"SUCK UP THE TAIL KIRBY!" She yelled, Kirby inhaled it, and became spear Kirby. The creature began slowly descending down to them, while Fomey was making sure Meta Knight was okay.

She was using a mixture of common healing tactics to help him (including the in game multiplayer tactic, 'mouth-to-mouth') since she didn't have healing magic. She bundled up to him closely, wrapping his cape around the both of them.

The creature had came back down to their height again, it regrew its tail before getting ready to charge again. It changed once again this time as Tiff and Kirby, Tiff dived to the left and Kirby dived to the right. Kirby readied himself before running at the demon beast before trying to attack it, attempting to stab its mouth but missed it just.

The Clestvan became more aggressive towards them, as it then began to spit water at Kirby who jumped over to the left. The Clestvan then had become a ball of fire and was changing once again, missing and bashing its head, Tiff called for the warp star which came out and to them, Kirby jumped up on to the warp star.

Kirby began to fly around, the Clestvan didn't like that and began to give chase but it got cut off from a huge water ball knocking it down. Tiff looked up seeing the figures of Arter and Stevie jumping down, Stevie pulled out a hammer though Kirby had flew back and taking the chance, stabbed clestvan in the mouth since it was down, the demon beast screamed before exploding.

"Hey you two what are you doing here?" Tiff asked Arter and Stevie as Kirby ran over to her before sitting down.
"Well, had been out enjoying the rain and we heard noises so we came over to help, Sanna didn't come not wanting to be in the rain." Arter explained to Tiff.

Fomey was helping Meta Knight walk over to them he was deeply out of breath from nearly being strangled, though he was avoiding eye contact or even facing the others. Fomey had her arms around him though she groaned when Meta Knight bit her arm sucking blood out the arm, Fomey pulled her arm out of his mouth.

"Not now sweetheart. You'll make yourself feel worse, you know god and goddess blood isn't the greatest for you." She told him before holding his hand and leading him off to take him back to safety to look after him. Everyone decided follow their lead and leave.

"Flamy, the Clestvan was defeated, have you decided who you want to snatch and turn possessed by a butterfly, do we need any preparations to keep them where we want at all."
"Yes dear sister I have chosen, however Lily, they need a lot of preparations to keep in one place, the person I would like to catch is _____, I'll tell you all more later. Even thought you aren't the one who will catching."
