Chapter 39: A cup of poison for you

Crystal was sat in her room, she was plotting away in her head. She knew what she wanted to do already, but just needed to set it up. She couldn't go around inviting people to a tea part herself, nobody would trust her. That's when an idea struck her. She got up from her bed, and walked over to her desk, taking a small little bottle out of a draw before placing it in one of her tails.

She left her room and gracefully ran down the corridor. Checking each door, Crystal was looking for a certain room. While doing this, she thought about how nice it was that King Dedede and Escargoon gave her and the others rooms, even if she had used a little of her archangel abilities. Then, she found the room she wanted, knocking on the door until she heard a voice reply back.

"Yes?" A voice replied, as they came to open the door. The door opened, revealing that Florence had opened it as she looked up at Crystal. "Oh! Hello Crystal, what might you want?" She asked, seeming surprisingly happy.

"I was wondering if you wanted to host a tea part in here!" She explained, before adding a question in, "Maybe we could invite some of the others?" Florence's face shon at this idea.

"Oh absolutely yes!" She exclaimed, "you sort out the drinks and food, I'll fetch everyone!" Florence said to her. Crystal quickly grabbed Florence before she could leave and handed her a list.

"I had a few people I wanted to come alone specifically, you can invite more than these people, but I wanted these lot specifically!" Crystal told her, before going to prepare drinks and snacks. Florence smiled and then left.

Florence walked down the hallway, thinking about who she should ask first, before remembering she had the list. She carefully looked down at the list.

"Fomey, Arter, Sanna, Stevie, Meta Knight.." She read, before realising how messy the list was. She began trying to see if she could read any scribbled our names, a few were just rude comments or random remarks, but one caught her eye. She couldn't read much of it, but she could make out the letters 'Au' before it became completely unreadable.

She shrugged off the letters, but did worry about it a little. She continued to walk down the corridor, thinking to herself. Perhaps if there was enough people, Crystal would be too scared to try anything. She decided to go find the people not on the list first, so she went to find Eevlin and Daisy.

She wanted to fly down the corridor, it would make this so much quicker, but her wings weren't really usable. After all she might get in trouble if she tried to fly, if that was possible with her disembodied wings. So she just tried to speed walk down them, she had never enjoyed getting in trouble.

Eventually, she got to the door of Eevlin's room, Daisy had been staying there with her, making Eve more jealous then ever. She knocked on the door, before stepping back to wait. Eevlin opened the door and smiled down at Florence, while Daisy floated over to see what was going on.

"Hi Florence!" Eevlin greeted, "What brings you here?" She asked her.

"Well me and Crystal were hosting a tea party, and I wanted to know if you two wanted to come!" Florence told her, Eevlin thought to herself, before looking at Daisy.

"Do you wanna go Daisy?" Eevlin asked her.

"Why not, I might as well socialise before something goes wrong." Daisy told her, Eevlin smiled and nodded at Florence.

"Great!" Florence exclaimed, "Would you guys mind coming along with me to get everyone?" She asked before adding a reason, "Since I think people would come along easier if they knew others were also coming!"

"Sure!" Their both answered, the three walked down the corridors more, searching for their next person.
