. Lincoln POV: I stared up at Mason for a couple more seconds, until I couldn't take it no more and my eyes darted to the bucket in the corner of this tight ass janitor closet. It was awkward silence for a couple of seconds until, I heard Mason clear his throat "ok gotcha " and squeezed right passed me to reach for the door handle, and opened the door and just walked out. Leaving me there all alone without saying a word. To say I was baffled was an understament, I just stood there for a couple minutes starting at the door, reflecting on what's been happening between us. And how Mason Huntington actually genuinely had feeling for me, and how I might of just fucked up possibly being a thing because my selfish pride.
I didn't even bother going back to practice, I stormed right to my locker, and grabbed my bag, and slammed it shut, and sent a quick text to Frederick if he could drop my duffel bag, at my house once practice ends, because I didn't want to deal with Ms. Wilson With that I made my way to the back entrance of the school, now standing in the back of the school parking lot, walking straight to my car, once I found it, I got in immediately, and plugged my phone into the aux, I had to play some calm mellow, music to help drown out my thoughts, I put on my seatbelt and started the car and pulled off.
I zoomed all the way to my house and pulled in my car into my families garage. I grabbed my bag and keys to go inside, while I walked in I notice my mom was not there. Hmm she's probably out getting groceries, I already know where my dad is coped up at the office being some big shot lawyer, don't get me wrong I love my parents, but sometimes because of work it's less about me and more about work, I shrugged and made my way up stairs to my bedroom. I threw my bag on the bed and made my way towards my desk that resides by my window. I stared at the window, which showcased a beautiful view of my backyard, and the acres of land that comes with it, but instead of being relaxed, I just stared at the view with no emotion. Ahhhh I need to talk to someone, Imma just face time Tobes to see if he could help.
