It's another boring Monday for everyone. All the members of Team 1 came to work as per usual and started their Monday without a hitch. However, there are Tee and Lucas who looked distracted and down. Well, Lucas had kept that mood for sometimes now, but not Tee. This is new. Kin realized Tee didn't talk that much since he arrived. He made a guess it could be that because it's the last week for the younger.
When the lunch came, Kin noticed Tee was lost in his thought and not even realized it's already lunchtime. "Tee?" Kin touched Tee's shoulder lightly and the younger startled.
"Huh?"
"It's lunchtime, aren't you coming?" Kin asked.
"Ah, yes. Coming." Tee said and tidied his desk, locking his laptop. Kin turned and found Lisa was asking him for lunch through her eyes. Kin gave a light nod and then glanced to Lucas. He just realized Lucas's not there. He walked to Lisa, Tee followed behind him.
"Where's P'Lucas?"
"He went out just now. I think boss had called him. It will be only us three today." Lisa said. Kin just nodded while Tee looked down hiding his face. "Tee?" Lisa also noticed the intern looked sad today.
"Yes?" Tee took a breath and looked up to Lisa. Lisa stared at him for a while.
"Awh, why you look so sad? Is it because this is the last week?" Lisa said coming closer to hug the younger. Tee just chuckled dryly and nodded, lying a bit.
Kin just smiled lightly and patted Tee's head. "Oh, come on. You can still come and see us. Or if you ask us out for a meal, we will go. Don't feel sad." Kin said. Tee just smiled. Lisa glanced at Kin as she released Tee.
"It's not the same, of course we can meet and eat as usual at any time. But we won't meet at work anymore after this. It's okay to be sad. Right Tee?" Lisa said. Tee just smiled at his seniors. "Come on, I will treat you today to cheer you up." Lisa pulled Tee with her. Kin walked after them.
"How about me?" Kin asked to Lisa. Lisa glanced back to Kin.
"You're my senior, you're richer." Lisa said while sticking out her tongue at him playfully. Tee chuckled lightly to see that silly face. Kin shook his head and walked with them to eat together.
Their lunch wasn't eventful. Tee managed to curve a smile and laugh with Lisa and Kin when they're saying some jokes and stories during the lunch. After the lunch, Lisa told the two to go up first when she met with her friends from another department at the cafeteria so she stopped to talk with them for a while. Kin and Tee went to the elevator and met with Lucas and Nai who just returned from somewhere. Tee stiffened a little seeing the two while Kin looked at Lucas slightly worried. Lucas just smiled to Kin. Kin greeted Nai politely and Tee decided to do so as well. Nai just nodded to them.
The air in the elevator was heavy, at least for the three of them. Nai looked unbothered. On the way up, Nai reminded of something and opened his mouth to ask.
"Right. When is your last day, Khun Tee?" Nai's question made everyone in the elevator startled. Tee glanced a bit to the back as he was standing in front of Nai.
"Friday, sir." Tee answered. Nai nodded and glanced to Lucas.
"Should we arrange a small party for him? With our team?" Nai asked while turning to Lucas. Lucas startled when he realized the question was towards him.
"Ah, I'm not sure."
"Previously, when there's an intern, did you guys do a party?" Nai asked. Lucas then realized why Nai asked such question to him. Nai is inquiring for the tradition in their team.
