Chapter 25

"I can't believe we're back in university again." Tee said as he walked together with Nan into their faculty. For their final year, Tee decided to rent the dorm with Nan so they went together to the class. It's Tee's decision after hearing from their seniors that final year is quite tiring and time consuming. He usually took public transport or his brother sent him to the university previously so it would be better if he stayed at the dorm. It's closer to the university and there's Nan. His brother won't need to be worried of him if he had to go back late or something.

Nan nodded. "I know right, and it's our final year? Amazing." Nan added. Tee chuckled. "We passed the internship like a breeze."

"And great for you, you're basically hired." Tee said teasing. Nan just smiled to the tease.

"You're too, oh please." They laughed. The two talked a bit and Tee double-checked their first class's venue.

"N'Tee! N'Nan!" The duo was called when they're on the way to climb the stairs to the lecture room on the first floor. They turned and saw a familiar face coming closer to them. Nan frowned a bit in the split second when he recognized who was calling them.

It's their senior who supposedly already finished the study last semester. Nan glanced at Tee who already glanced at him too, apparently both of them was confused to see their senior there.

"Ao, sawadee krub P'Din." The two greeted when the senior, Din stopped near them.

"Sawadee. You two are going to class, right?" Din asked straightforwardly. Tee and Nan nodded. "Great. Was it at the lecture room A5-7?"

"Krub." Tee answered. Din nodded and then brought his phone – that the two juniors just realized their senior was holding – closer to his ears. "Ai'Na, come here. Take left turn from where you're just now, I found someone who could help you to the class." The two juniors shared a look. Some voices from the phone heard but not clear to their hearing. Din hummed to the person and ended the call after that. He then turned to his juniors. "N'Nan, N'Tee. Can you two help me?"

"What is it, P'? What are you doing here, P'? You... still have class?" Nan braced himself to question as he was curious. Din looked at Nan for a while before chuckling.

"I'm part-timing as teaching assistant here. I will continue my Master Degree here as well, so you will still see me around." Din said. Nan and Tee formed an O. "Anyway, my close cousin just transferred to this university this semester. He's in this faculty and same year as both of you, I believe he will have the same timetable with you two. Can I ask you two to help him around?"

Nan and Tee looked at each other. "Ah, um. Okay, P'." Tee answered smiling awkwardly. Din just smiled and patted Tee and Nan's shoulder.

"Don't worry, he's a good guy and easy-going when he's comfortable enough. Just pardon him being stiff at the first impression. I will introduce him to you." Din said and looked around. He then noticed his cousin and waved his hand to get the guy's attention. The guy saw him and walked towards them. Nan and Tee looked over, curious.

A tall – taller than their senior – and slightly tan guy came closer to them. Tee just glanced at the guy for a bit, suddenly nervous as he's never good at meeting someone new. Nan on the other hand was just looking at the guy expressionless. Din smiled to the tall guy and patted his back.

"Ai'Na, these two are my juniors I'm familiar with. They're in the same year as you, I believe they're the best people who could help you around. This is Nan, and this is Tee. Nongs, this is Nuerna, my cousin." Din introduced them. Tee politely wai-ed while Nan stayed silent. The tall guy, Nuerna wai-ed back at Tee and nodded at Nan.

Din looked at them. "Guys, don't be so stiff." Din said giggling, trying to lift the mood. He knew Tee is a bit awkward with new people as he still remembered how nervous Tee when they first met. So, he was hoping Nan would take the lead but the guy seemed not showing any reaction making him worried. But he couldn't do much as he's rushing to work. "Guys, I'm sorry I have to go now. I hope you guys get along well. Tee, Nan, P' leave him in your care na. See you guys later." Din said patting Nuerna's and Nan's back at the same time as they're the closest to him before leaving.
