IT'S BEEN 6 months since we came to Auradon, not much has changed, except Mal. She now had blond hair and was always doing royal duty stuff, being King Ben's girlfriend and all. Us other four VKs just have had little changes, like Carlos growing out his hair and Evie looking a bit more formal.

The boys are now doing fencing, not the biggest difference really. Oh, and Audrey's on a little vacation for a while, thank god. I hate that girl.

"Jinxy! Where's M?" Evie asked turning around in her spinning stool.

I looked up from my sketch of a dagger to her. "Uh, I think she was outside in the front, the paparazzi's here."

"Ok, I need her to try her dress for Cotillion. I just finished adding the last layer of ruffle to her skirt!" She smiled.

"Mhm." I hummed shading in my drawing. I was extremely proud of Evie for creating beautiful dresses and outfits herself. She was also getting 'A's on all her tests at the same time.

I heard her leave our dorm to go find M. I was sat down on my bed, where I had the sheet colour changed to my colours. After a while, Mal was here and in the dress and I was now leaning against the pole of her bed, still sketching.

Evie pulled back her shoulders, making her grunt, she zipped up her corset and Mal grunted again. "Okay, Evie, I cannot breathe."

I snickered. "You can breathe after Cotillion, Mal."

"I sincerely doubt that. I have at least 20 more events directly behind it. And I can't even remember what a single one of them is." Mal doubted, sighing.

Evie kissed her fingers seeing how perfect the dress looked on her. "Impeccable."

"Jinx?"

"Hmm?" I nodded biting the eraser of my pencil.

"Do you ever think about what we'd be doing if we were back on the Isle right now?" She wondered, turning her head to me.

"Well, you'd still be stealing candy from babies." I shrugged.

"Ah!" Evie exclaimed watching the TV which was showing Mal and Ben. "Look who's on TV." She helped M down from her fitting platform.

"As the royal couple continue their tour of the kingdom, they dine with Aladdin and Jasmine. Six months ago, no one thought King Ben and his girlfriend from the wrong side of the bridge would last." The reporter spoke while Mal sat at the edge of Eve's bed chuckling at how she looked on screen.

"Yeah, no kidding." She scoffed.

"Mal must be counting the days until Royal Cotillion when she will officially become a lady of the court."

Mal then gasped quietly and went to the other side of the bed whipping out her spell book. "Read it fast at lightning speed remember everything I need."

She started to then read her English book, running a finger down the center of the page.

"I know Mal's secret of fitting in and Ben wouldn't like it one bit." Evie said making Mal glare at her.

"Haven't you guys had enough secrets between the two of you already?" I sighed looking at her.

"Jinx, you remember what I was like before I started using my spell book. I mean, I was a complete disaster." She replied.

"Well, personally, as your best friends, we strongly believe that this spell book.."

"Hey!" Mal yelled as Evie grabbed it from her lap.
