3rd person pov

(Y/n) helped Negan get his things together for his stay at their place. Negan watched as Rowan hopped around on the floor. He couldn't help but laugh a little, to him it was like watching a Disney princess and their animal side kick. "Are you're people going to be ok while you're gone?" (Y/n) asked as the two packed the last item of clothing. "I'll be able to see them a couple hours out of the day. They should be just fine." Negan smirked as (y/n) bent over to pick up one of her suit cases. Swiftly he smacked their ass hard enough to make them jump. "Ah!" She squeaked and spun around to look at negan with with death glare. The older man just acted like he didn't do anything. "HMm? Sorry you say something?" Negan shrugged.

The two stared at eachother silently for a moment before bursting out laughing. Negan grabbed (y/n)'s hand and pulled them close to him. (Y/n) smiled feeling a genuine joy in their heart. They couldnt stop picturing the next two weeks. Just the two of them, and Rowan, (y/n) making all the food her grandma would make for her grandpa, living like the world wasn't in chaos around them. "I fuckin love you kid." Negan's smirk turned to a soft smile as he held (y/n). Yes he cared for his other wives, but he also would get to just spend some one on one time with (y/n). "Oh hey, I wanna say bye to the girls. Maybe they can come visit us. Who knows? Maybe we could all actually become more of a polycule than the arrangement you currently have with them." Negan looked at his partner slightly shocked. "You are just full of surprises ain't ya?" "I like to think so." (Y/n) grins before leading Negan for the door. "Be a good boy Rowan. I'll be back in a few minutes to come get ya."

Reader's pov

Negan and I walked hand in hand down the hall to the wives room. They all had their own rooms, but since it was getting to be late morning money was on them being there. Knocking I politely wait for a reply. "Morning ladies!" I greet through the door. "Come on in (y/n)." Sherry's voice came from the other side with a chuckle. A blush creeped over my cheeks causing Negan to nudge me with a smirk. "You're not getting a three-some." I tell him rolling my eyes as I open the door. "Hey (y/n), what's got you up this morning?" Sherry asks. Excitedly I walk over with her to the sitting area. "I get to go home today!" I squealed as I squirmed in my seat. The wives looked shocked. "You're getting to go home?" One asks sitting next to me. I looked over to Negan who was currently standing in the doorway. "Yeah, my deal was 2 weeks, and I can definitely say it's my time to go home. But that's not the best news. Even though it's amazing news!" I spoke very fast and twisted my fingers. "Well what's the best news?" Another wife asks with a giggle. "You guys can visit me whenever you want!" The look of joy on their faces was enough to bring a smile to an old man's face. And when I looked over to Negan it was definitely noticeable that it did. "Wait, Negan is this true?" Sherry asks hesitantly. Negan looks at me and then to Sherry. "Yeah, what the hell." He shrugs with a slight grin on his face. "You're all gonna love it! I'm a pretty good cook, just ask Negan. Plus my garden is amazing, plus there's the bath. All the strawberry and cherry wine you could want." "Come on (y/n) let yourself breath." Sherry holds my hands to get me to calm down. Taking a deep breath I sigh. "Sorry, I'm just so excited. And Negan's even gonna be staying with me for the next couple weeks! I won't have to socialize with anyone I don't want to. Rick is gonna be no where near me!" "Shhh, hun breathe, you're turning red." Negan said as he placed his hand on my shoulder. He must have walked behind me while I was rambling on.

"Right, right, breathe." I took a deep breath in and calmed down slightly. "We'll come and see you very soon (y/n)." Sherry smiled softly. I felt like my heart could explode from both bi/pan panic and the fact that Sherry said she and the other wives would actually visit me! "Come on now hun, let's get you some food. Then we'll get you home." Negan smiled.
