Once Negan got me and Rowan fed we all went back into the bedroom. I was emotionally exhausted from the passed 2 days. Negan laid holding me in bed softly stroking my head. "I'm sorry (y/n)." He says as I lay with my head on his chest. "I'm sorry too." I wrap my arms around his torso listening to his heart beat. "Can you just promise me something?" I ask laying my hand on his chest over his heart. "I can try." He says honestly. "Always tell me the truth." Negan holds my hand and squeezes it. "I'll try. My love." Negan tells me and I smile as I start to fall asleep. "I love you." I mumble and my lover holds me closer. "Love you too darlin."

Walking around the garden I listen to the sounds of nature. Rain was on its way. I feel at peace. There's music coming from my home and I chuckle to myself. Walking up to the back door I hear his voice singing along to the radio. "Hey look who's inside. Thought I'd have to go out and get you." Negan smiles at me as he makes coffee for the two of us. I walk over to him and hug him from behind. "Feeling affectionate today darlin?" "Mhm." Negan chuckles at me as he pours the coffee into our cups. "Anything interesting out there?" "Storms coming. Not a big one though." I answer him as we go to sit at the table. I take my seat and look down at my hands. Smiling I fiddled with the ring on my finger. It was a beautiful (birth stone) wedding ring. Negan had the matching wedding band on. In the moment I couldn't be happier. Just sitting with the man I love. Someone knocks on the door and I go to get it. Opening the door I see my mom and grandparents. "Hey sweetie." Mom smiled softly giving me a hug. I hug her in return and then look to my grandparents. I hug them close before welcoming then into the house. "Come on in. Negan just made a pot of coffee and I've got scones in the oven." Everyone comes in and I can feel the joy in my chest. Mom and grandpa start talking with Negan as grandma and I get everyone coffee. "How are you feeling honey?" Grandma asks holding my hand for a second. "It's an adjustment. But I think I'm going to be ok." I answer and see her smile with some sadness. "We miss you." She says and I hold her hand. "I know. I miss you guys too." My voice shakes and my grandma hugs me. "You okay darlin?" Negan asks once the hug was over. "I just wish it could have been like this. You and me, everyone being around." I look over to my mom and grandpa with tears in my eyes. "Atleast I can keep everyone in here." My mom comes up and hugs me. "We love you so much (y/n). Always remember that." We hold eachother and everyone else gets in on the hug as well. "Well always be with you." "I love you all." I cry holding them tight as I can. "We love you too. Always."

Shooting awake I feel tears on my cheeks. Negan gets spooked awake by me and looks at my face. He motions for me to lay on his chest again to calm down and I do as tears continue to stream down my cheeks. "Never leave me." I beg as he wraps his arms around me. "Don't you worry darlin. I'm not leaving." He kisses my head sooths me back to sleep.
