I walked towards the limo that was driving us to the venue of the party. Jasmine and my Gran were already in there, with who I thought were my parents and Jack, I was shocked to also find Mason and 5 others also attending with us. I sighed as I knew this journey was going to be not only awkward, but would also kick up a stir with the media. I entered the limo and began the what I thought was going to be a difficult journey.

I was sat between my dad and Debbie, Masons mum. I'd met her once or twice before, but never knew of Mason. "So how are you darling you alright? Heard your doing really well with your career" She asked, "yeah I'm okay thank you, it's going pretty well" I responded politely. After a 20 minute journey, we finally arrived at the venue, I got out just after Mason did, he held out his hand gesturing to help, but I ignored and independently exited the limo. I walked the red carpet with my family, Mason and his trailing behind us, questions were asked about myself and Mason after the catching in London. I brushed them off and continued with my head held high.

After finally entering the venue, I searched for Perrie. I saw her chatting with a few other women and their partners with Reece, I decided to let them be and her to get to know other WAGs. I sat down in my assigned seat and found that Mason of all people was to be sat next to me. I was stood behind my seat in my own thoughts until the person next to me took their seat followed by everyone else. I sat down and felt a bit uncomfortable, I brushed it off and joined into the conversation occurring.

After a while, a speech was made and while that was going on Mason whispered into my ear, "can we talk?" I nodded and he took my hand, to led me somewhere quieter. We walked through a corridor to a secluded room and he began, "what's going on Roms? I thought we were okay and that we sorted stuff" he said, showing a slight sign of sadness, "you've been distant" he continued. "I know but I thought maybe if we gave it some time things would go back to the way they use to be, but I was obviously wrong to hold it out" I said, showing disappointment in myself, he walked closer to me closing the gap between us. He then lifted his hand to my cheek gently pulling me into a hug, I felt safe and at ease, longing to be back where I now was, where I wanted to be all along. He pulled away with his hand still on my cheek, and leant in, as I met him halfway, the kiss felt forever lasting and passionate, full of desire and showing the need after so long. We later decided it was time to head back to our families before they start to worry.

Walking back, hand in hand, we took our seats and began to enjoy our night together and with loved ones. Finally my life felt full, and I were back to being one happy gal.

Authors Note—

Omg! You guys I am so sorry it took so long for this chapter, but I promise to frequently update often from now on. I've had a lot on and exams going on that need revision as well. Also I have some great news, this week I received my GCSE English Literature results and I'm glad to say I achieved a B+ with only 2 marks from an A.

Thank you so much for your support of my first story which I hope will lead to many more. Make sure to vote and leave any ideas or questions in the comments. <3
