Chapter 35 - Worries

- Eight months later -

A lot has happened in the time of eight months for both Romie and Mason. They had recently moved in with each other, now the both of them living in Masons residence in Cobham and they are still living happily together. Little Mix had released a new album, LM5 with their single Woman Like Me winning best video at the Brits and topping the charts. Mason has also been very successful this season with Chelsea FC and assisting many goals and also scoring some. The pair were over the moon with how well their careers were going and were even more over joyed that they got to celebrate them with each other. However, the two are now really worried as they will be separated for one another whilst Romie and the band tour the whole of Europe with the LM5 tour. Mason is scared of having to be away from his girlfriend for so long as she travels through different cities with different times of day and night which could affect them being able to speak to one another throughout the tour. However, Romie had to begin preparation for the departure of the tour and packed her bags ready to leave the next morning. Mason and Romie spent the evening before their separation, cuddled up on the sofa watching a film and eating pizza, these little things and the time spent together is what they were gonna miss the most. However, Romie knew that after this time apart, they would be even stronger in their relationship.

Soon the time came, their tearful farewell as the European tour of 8 weeks began. The two kissed goodbye and Romie soon disappeared out of view shortly after entering the car.

- seven weeks later -

Myself and Mason decided to face time before the Paris show tonight, but he cancelled on me last minute giving a poor excuse of 'something came up'. He had been very secretive and distant over the last 3 weeks and it has been effecting me. However, me and the girls were very excited as we had a last minute call and have been asked to perform at the Monaco F1 Grand Prix. This was a completely different experience for us and we were so proud to be offered this opportunity. First thing tomorrow morning we were to fly to Monaco by helicopter and spend four days there. I had never been there before but had heard of how beautiful it is.

- the next day -

We had just landed in Monaco, and we're buzzing to begin our trip. We were taken to a hotel where the Formula One directors had set us up. Little did we know we were staying at the same hotel as all of the F1 drivers! We checked in and myself, Leigh Anne and Perrie shared a big room with two double beds, with Jesy and Jade staying in the room next door. We unpacked our suitcases and got ready to head to a yacht party at the harbour. I curled my hair after showering and applied a natural look of makeup before changing into an outfit.

The girls were drove to the harbour and took a few shots before exiting the car. The five pop stars walked onto the yacht and were greeted by Lando Norris and Lewis Hamilton, whom they've already met at other engagements. The two British men introduced the girls to a few other drivers and their partners; Carlos and his girlfriend Isa, Max and his partner Kelly and lastly Charles and his girlfriend Charlotte. Charles was monegasque, was a driver for Ferrari and was a very attractive man. Carlos also drove for Ferrari, and seemed to be loving the party. Max was a quiet kind of bloke but Perrie, himself and Kelly got talking, whilst the others talked to the other boys and Isa. If I was correct, Charlotte and I began talking as we went to the bar, she seemed very kind and friendly. She was asking about my career and telling me how much of a fan she is, which I didn't mind. We then began talking about life outside of work and how I was dating another sportsman. Soon enough we were all dancing and some were more tipsy than others aka myself, Perrie, Jade, Charles and Lando.

It was now near enough 3am and we decided to call it a night. We headed back to the hotel in a large van and separated apart to head to our rooms, wishing each other goodbye. Leigh Anne, Perrie and myself got into the hotel room and I immediately took my heels off, tied my hair up and stripped into my pyjamas, the others following shortly after. I jumped under the covers and Perrie also did, with Leigh getting in the other bed and listening to music on her headphones, "I had a great time today" perrie whispered, "me too, but I'm gonna regret how much I drank in the morning" I giggled. After that the pair of us fell asleep next to each other after a long day of travelling, partying and drinking.

I woke up the next morning to find Perrie asleep and a note from Leigh Anne informing me she'd gone to breakfast. I grabbed my phone and sat up in bed as I posted a new Instagram picture for the fans.

To finish off our time in Monaco, we performed at the Monaco Grand Prix with two of our new songs, Only you and Think about us. We were then told we could finish earlier than planned as we were no longer having a load of interviews after the tour. This gave me a great opportunity to surprise Mason with an early visit. I was finally able to see my boyfriend after two whole months and I couldn't wait. I booked the next flight home from Nicee to Gatwick, packed my bags quickly and head home.
