Chapter 23 - Ibiza PI

- 2 days later -

In the past 2 days, Romie had been hectic, with rehearsals, filming, being at the studio recording and of course preparing for her vacation to Ibiza. Today was the day they flew out and began their holiday, Jake had stayed at Romie and Silver's apartment the night before, so there would be no need for rushing. Romie double checked she packed everything she need, while Jake was cooking breakfast for the pair. She headed downstairs after making sure she had everything to find a delicious full English breakfast waiting for her, with the man she'd grown to love being the creator. The pair sat while eating and chatting about random things, when talking to Jake everything seemed to come naturally. They then decided to start to get ready for the day ahead and the beginning of a new adventure. After showering last night, she decided to wait until arriving in Ibiza before having another one, she brushed out her curls leaving her with a waved style then changing into an outfit and being ready to leave for the airport.

Romies Outfit-

She walked down the stairs to Jake taking the suitcases outside with her dad, Biggy more formally known as James. "Hi Dad" she greeted while giving him a quick hug "hi sweetheart, the taxi is waiting outside. I'll see you both down there" he said with a motion towards myself and Jake. I turned to Jake "I'm so happy your coming along" I told him with a smile, he returned my comment with a quick kiss before we left the apartment and headed down to the taxi.

Jack, Jasmine, my mom, dad and Gran were already in the car waiting for us. We jumped in and began our journey to Heathrow Airport.

When we arrived we secured our luggage and headed to the bar before going to security for a quick drink. When there we all ordered and drank before rushing off the security and then heading to the boarding area. Shortly after we began our 2 hour and a half flight in first class.

- A flight later -

After getting through the airport, we walked out to the hot sunshine piercing our bodies, to find a gorgeous hotel, which we were staying at.

Jake and I walked in hand-in-hand, as we checked in and got our room key, we headed up to unpack and have a nap before a night of laughter. Soon after we decided to get ready, I started by showering and drying my hair. I later then curled my hair and changed into my dressy outfit for tonight.

Romie and Jake decided to head out for dinner, in a small restaurant in Santa Eulària des Riu. The couple flagged down a taxi, and headed off for their romantic evening. After about a 10 minute journey, the pair arrived and headed inside. They were greeted my a waiter and shown to their seats before scrolling through menu and being spoilt for choice.
The newly couple share laughter and flirtatious comments throughout their night, after having a few drinks and fore filling a lovely meal, they headed back to the hotel to complete their evening with the others.

The two arrived at the hotel and headed to the bar Jack had told Romie to meet him and everyone else at. Romie suddenly felt a wave of anxiety rush through her and Jake immediately noticed something was wrong, "you okay baby?" he asked with care in his tone, Romie nodded by still froze at the sight of Masons family gathered around with her own, she hadn't seen them since the breakup and it made her nervous now having to mix with them, knowing it would be awkward. However, took ahold of Jakes hand and pushed her thoughts aside, "there they are! About time don't you think?" Jack said whilst greeting his sister with an arm over her shoulder and Jake with a clap on the back. Jack knew his sister, most likely better than anybody, and could sense something was off, Jake and Romie's dad were chatting so Jack took it upon himself to pull his sister aside, "hey roms come get a drink with me?" he asked her quietly, the siblings began to walk over to the bar before placing there order for a beer and cocktail, "what's up Roma? You seem off..." Jack wondered, worrying about his sister, "I don't know, I just-" she paused for a second, attempting to pull herself together " it's just a bit overwhelming, you know? Seeing Mason and his family again, it's a bit awkward for me..." she responded to the worried older brother of hers, "I understand that but you can't let it get the better of you, okay? I love you Roma and I will always be here and protect you for as long as I can" he said with a smile, and drawing his little sister in for a hug. Romie and Jack had always been able to open up to each other, due to their childhood and upbringing, they understood one another better than anybody else could or ever would. They were each others support bubble and would always comfort the other if needed, and Romie adored that, to some sort Romie saw Jack as her soulmate, someone she was always supposed to meet and be close with.

The brother and sister rejoined the large group, and as they started settling, Masons mum, Debbie wondered over to Romie with a smile. "Hiya sweetheart, you alright?" She asked, giving the young girls arm a light squeeze, Romie smiled at the woman's kindness and found it quite comforting "hi, yeah I'm okay, yourself?" She asked politely, all though the mistakes Romies mother had made, she always made sure the girl showed manners and respect to everyone, and Romie felt some kind of remorse for that. She missed her mother dearly and knew that she would forgive the woman in a heart beat if she was given the chance, but the suffering Romie went through in her past, and the blame she held was nevertheless aimed at her mother, Melissa, but always the man who drove her mother to that state and his name you may ask is Tony, Tony Bianchi , the billionaire playboy who tried to re-enter Romies life, less than 3 months ago.
