- 1 month later - Its been a month since the breakup, was I hurting? Yes, did I want him back? Hell yes, but I knew it couldn't be. The paparazzi had been all over Mason the last few weeks, due to his scandalous one night stands near enough every night, it hurt of course it would but we weren't together anymore so I had no right to be jealous. I decided to attempt to pull myself out of the misery I had drown in and go out with the people I loved most. Tonight I was heading into town with my friends, I was really anxious as it was the first night out I'd had since the breakup, and the dreading thought of seeing him with another women made me feel even worse. I contemplated cancelling my plans but realised I had to get my life back on track, I don't need a man in my life to make me happy. I got ready, by starting with a shower and washing my hair, to finishing off by curly the hair and applying a natural look of makeup.

After covering myself in perfume and re-applying lip gloss I left my apartment, beginning the unknown night ahead of me.
I got out of my car and was entering the night club whilst paps took shots of me in every direction. I enter the night club and was greeted by my friend Naomi, she'd been there for me a lot after the breakup. We walked over to meet Harry, with another man, he was quite tall and frankly gorgeous. Harry hugged me and introduced me to the unknown person. "Jake this is Romie, Romie meet Jake" we shared a glance and smile, my face tinted with a shade of scarlett, "hi I've heard a lot about you" Jake said, "hi nice to meet you" I replied politely. We all sat down with a drink and began the night. After a while Naomi and Harry decided to dance, but myself and Jake didn't feel like it just yet. We got to know each other a bit, I found out he was a single police officer, did I mention he's single!? Wait wtf! Am I actually interested in someone other than Mason? And with that thought, there he was, the man who once held my heart, Mason Tony Mount, at the bar with his mates and of course flirting with another women. I shrugged it off and we decided to get another drink. Myself and Jake went to collect the round, as we got to the bar, I felt eyes on me, Mason and his England teammates were glaring at us. They came to the bar with Ben and Declan making their way over, "alright Romz?" Dec asked with a smile "who this then?" Chilly asked with a smirk, "this is Jake, he's a friend of mine" I smiled, with that I saw Mason and his tart of the night walk over, "see we've both moved onto better thing then? Right Romie" he said with arrogance, fucking hell how did I've fall for such a stuck up twat, I thought to myself "if you call your one stands moving on then sure" I said while grabbing my drink and turning on my heel.
