Chapter 34 - Lovers tiff no more

After the one of two Cardiff arena shows, Romie finally let her feelings for Mason be known. She was shocked of how amazing her night had turned out and all the worries she'd been feeling over the last few days were pointless. She felt as if a weight had been lifted from her shoulders and the way her night was beginning to end made butterflies erupt in her tummy. The pair shared a loving, long lasting and very much needed kiss, before going their separate ways and calling it a night. Romie headed back to her hotel room shared with an iconic duo, Perrie and Jade, the three youngest of the band hated being alone in a hotel room, where as Jesy and Leigh Anne enjoyed the peace. The three jumped under the covers and cuddled up to each other as they began the classic film of Grease, which they sang along too and stuffed their faces with popcorn. Just after the film had ended, the girls were curious of how Romies mood had changed and the sparkle in her eyes that wasn't there before, "so what's made our baby all happy again?" Jade questioned as she gave Romies cheek a gently squeeze, "hmmm I don't know maybe just the fact that I'm with my favourite girls in the whole world" she responded with a giggle, "nice try I am definitely not falling for that, however I am definitely the favourite, but spill I want to know all about the surprise visitor you had earlier" Perrie pushed with a wink, Romie laughed at how well her friends knew her and she decided to tell them all about the events of her evening.

The next morning, Romie woke up and checked her phone, finding a text from Mason asking if she would be able to meet up for coffee in the central of Cardiff. She agreed to meet him outside of her hotel, where the pair would arrive together and spend the morning and part of the afternoon together. Romie had also made sure Mason got a backstage pass for tonight's concert before heading to the next stop of Liverpool to continue the tour. She changed into her outfit and decided to go out with a natural look and no makeup applied. She curled the ends of her hair and grabbed her phone before heading to the lobby to meet Mason.

Romies Outfit-

She walked through reception and out to the front of the hotel, where she found a casually dressed Mason waiting for her. She approached him and he immediately wrapped his arms around her waist which she retorted to place her arms around his neck and greeted him with a peck on the lips. The two hopped into the car and drove to the car park of St David's Shopping Centre.

They arrived and headed into the centre hand in hand. They explored a little bit and headed into a few shops on the way to the coffee shop, Costa. As they finally entered and Mason got the drinks whilst Romie got them a table to sit at. Shortly after Mason brought the latte and cappuccino over to the table and they began to chat. "I really have missed you, just being with you and spending as much time as possible with you" he said as he looked at the blushing girl, "well your gonna be fed up of the sight of me, cause I am here to stay lover" she goofily responded, which cause the man to laugh, as she joined in. The two spoke about the usual but then began a serious conversation of what they would like over time and how they would make a difference this time around, "maybe we should take one day at a time and see how things go. At least we should take this at a pace we both feel comfortable with" the young woman suggested, "I agree but I also think this time around that we should talk to each other instead of closing each other off, I don't wanna make the same mistakes as last time, I want this to work" Mason announced, Romie nodded in agreement as she finished off her latte.

- three weeks later -

Romie had now finished the tour with her band mates and returned back home, to the house she had fully bought shares of with her ex fiancé. Her and Mason had recently got back together and had been meeting up whenever they could throughout the time touring the UK. The couple seemed to be happier than ever and to have resolved any issues that were once there. They have also been communicating with each other better and developed their relationship with one another. Romie felt settled and content with how her life was taking course, however her and her adoptive mother Carrie are still not on good terms, due to not speaking with one another for over 2 months now. Romie mother Cristal has been spending a lot of time with her daughter and the younger sister of Romie have created a unbreakable bond with their older sister who they idolise. Mason had also been introduced to the new side of Romies family and they got along really well and both Emile and Rosalyn seemed to adore him.

After getting back together they decided now was the right time to announce their back together to their followers and fans, so they posted a picture of them together after the last show of the Glory Days tour in Londons O2 arena from just under a week ago.
