Ben white- i need you

You was out for dinner with your friends when you got a text from your boyfriend Ben.

Benjamin❤️:
When will u be home

You thought it was a bit blunt and random, Ben knew you was out till late and usually doesn't ask when your going to be home.

You:
Not sure yet, everything okay? Xx

Benjamin❤️:
I don't know what's going on I'm
freaking out

You:
Freaking out? Ben what's the matter?

Benjamin❤️:
I need you please y/n I can't breathe I don't know what's happening please I need you

You:
Ben just relax I'm coming now baby x

You told the girls bens "not very well" and rushed to the car, luckily you hadn't had anything to drink yet and was only 5 minutes away.

It sounded like Ben was having some sort of panic attack, he's been under a lot of stress and struggling with things mentally recently so maybe it just got on top of him.

You finally arrived and ran through the door.

"Ben" you shouted

You ran around looking for him and found him in the bedroom sitting on the bed with his head in his hands

"Ben" you said quietly as you went over to him

He lifted his head to look up at you, his eyes were red

"Oh baby" you said pulling him into a hug

"What's happening" he said quietly

"Your okay just try and breathe okay I think your having a panic attack or something" you said

"I can't do it" he said

"Come here look at me" you said moving his head up to look at you "we will do it together okay"

He nodded

"Deep breath for 1,2,3" you said

"Now out 1,2,3" you said again "keep doing that with me okay"

After a while ben managed to relax, you was still holding him in your arms.

"Okay I'm gonna get ready for bed then we will go to sleep okay you need to rest" you said kissing him on the cheek

He didn't say anything as you walked off into the bathroom. You started taking your makeup off and Ben walked in

"You okay?" You asked

He didn't say anything just wrapped his arms around you from behind as you carried on taking your makeup off.

"Come on I just need to get into pjs then we can get into bed" you said grabbing his hand and taking him back to the bedroom. He stood waiting for you as you slipped on an old one of his shirts.

You smiled at him "it's okay your okay I promise" you said pulling him into a hug, you could tell he was a bit shaken up by the whole thing and still feeling a sense of panic even though he was more relaxed then before

You sorted the pillows out and pulled the duvet back, Ben got in and you got him after him.

You let him lay on your chest as you played with his hair

"You alright baby" you asked

He looked up at you and nodded "thank you for being here when I needed you"

"You don't need to thank me , I'm here to look after you" you smiled

"I should be looking after you actually" he let out a small laugh

He sat up so you was now face to face.

"Sorry for the whole thing I'm quite embarrassed now" he said

"Ben please don't be embarrassed honestly there is nothing to be embarrassed about" you said sincerely "now stop thinking about it and get some rest you need it" you said

"I love you" he said

"I love you more" you replied giving him a kiss before he returned back to the position he was in on your chest.
