Growing up you always had a troubled time with your family, from divorces, arguments, moving houses, moving towns, and always trying to escape on your own.

You met Emile one day at a party, not knowing who he was.

After months of hell at home you decided to pack up and move to London, get a job and be closer Em.

But you always felt guilty for leaving the family that traumatised you.

"Last box is in" Emile said coming into your flat

"What's wrong" he said worried as he came up to you

"I just feel guilty" you said

"For what" he asked

"Leaving them" you said looking down

"Y/n, you don't have to be sorry for leaving and growing up" he said cupping your face

"I just hope I don't change my mind and want to go back" you said now crying

"I don't believe that time will change your mind" he said

"You don't have to be sorry for doing it on your own, this is your life now you live it now you want" he said

"I know I just can't help but feel bad" you said

"But you don't need to" he said "you can throw a party full of everyone you know and not invite your family cos they never showed you love"

You nodded
"Thank you"

"You don't have to be sorry ok" he said "please don't feel guilty this is for you now"

"I know" you smiled

"And one day we will start our own family who will always snow you love, so don't regret this and don't be sorry for growing up" he said

"I love you em" you said

" I love you baby" he said back
