It has been a few weeks now since Violet was attacked. She has been doing better but there are still some days that are bad. Her body finally healed and was no longer bruised. She was in a lot of pain for a while but pushed through it.
There are times she gets flashbacks of that day and it makes her just curl up and cry. Ever since that happened Violet has been attached to my hip which I am loving. My wolf is content knowing she is safe by my side.
Bella has tried coming over and talking to Violet to apologize but she shut the door in her face and came back to cuddling.
Emmett has been texting Violet though. He was threatening to come over and take her away from me. It sent her into a panic attack so bad it took 30 minutes to calm her down. Sam ended up getting in touch with the Cullen's and told them if Emmett crosses the line he is dead.
I took it upon myself to go and get Violet's number changed so they could leave her alone. Tony updated the security around the property to make Violet feel safer. Anytime I have to leave for patrol she gives me the cutest little pout not wanting me to go. Uhg this girl just melts my heart.
Today is my graduation and even though I am graduating I plan on proposing to her tonight. Thankfully Rose is able to help me plan everything out. I was worried she wouldn't be able to make it with Forks graduation but thank goodness it's a week after mine.
Violet and i may not have been together long, but we have a long history of almost 2 years together. I've also already talked to her dad about it and he is fine with it. He actually gave me her birth mothers ring that her father gave her when they were married.
Everyone knows what I am planning. After the ceremony, Violet and I will go to the beach while everyone else comes back and sets it all up. I'm a nervous wreck but so excited to spend forever with her.
"Sweetness you almost ready?" She asks me.
"Yea give me one more minute." I finish the last final touches and head off to the school.
The ceremony went by pretty quick. However, the million of pictures afterwards took the longest. I just wanted to leave and be with my girl but I pushed through.
"Hey let's go to the beach before the cook out." I tell her. She smiles and nods her head.
"Alright guys we are going to the beach for a little bit for then we will be there!" I had a picnic planned for us so we could kill plenty of time for everyone to set up.
It was beautiful to have a beach day. When we got to the beach I helped Violet out of the jeep and grab the basket of food. She ran ahead finding a nice spot by the rocks. For a second I just stopped walking.
I looked at her and just admired the beauty that she is. Her hair was blowing in the wind, those piercing blue eyes sparkled, and that smile that was brighter than the sun. She was my dream come true.
