It's been a week now since Bella came home pregnant. All the wolves are on edge. We are all sitting at the pack house again when my phone starts to ring. I see that it is Bella. I ignore the call and of course it rings again and again.
Finally I get pissed enough and answer. "WHAT?!"
"Hey, I don't mean to bother you but we need to talk. You know mother to almost mother."
"Oh I do not think so. Do not throw in my face my kids and how I need to be a supporting mother for you when we do not even know what you are carrying. That thing could kill everyone!" I yell through the phone.
"It is a baby Violet. You of all people should know a mother wanting to love, protect, and have a child." She says.
The fucking nerve to throw this in my face still.
"Pull that mother card all you want, but I am not the one who is growing that inside me. My son also is not killing me from the inside out. I will not help protect you and try and save you from the wolves. Sorry." I say and hang up.
I turn around and see some of the guys, Emily, and Rose standing there looking at me. "Sorry about that. She is trying to get me to understand her point of wanting to be a mother."
"Does she not realize after all this time you still won't help her?" Jared asked.
"Apparently not." I tell him and try to calm myself down again.
After I calmed down I helped Emily a little bit make food for the guys. I ended up having to sit down after a little bit because my back started hurting again. So I played with Natalia for a while. We've been trying to get her to talk now.
She's starting to make more sounds and she's so close to saying mama or dada. So any free chance I get, I make sure to work with her on talking. I'm so excited to hear my little girl talk!
Embry came over and loved on me for a little bit until it was time to eat and then him head back out for patrol. I missed him dearly. He's been on nights and I miss him sleeping next to me. It's not the same at night without him.

That freaking bitch. She won't help me. I don't understand why. I mean come on, she's a mother, about to have a child, already has 2 girls, you'd think she'd be all about protecting her kids.
But she won't do it because she doesn't see my baby that way. And we'll I kinda don't blame them since it's not Edward's but no one knows that still.
As I am sitting on the couch I'm starting to get a little hungry.
"Hey Esme, would you mind getting my something to eat. I'm kinda hungry." I tell her.
"Yea of course." She goes into the kitchen and starts cooking me some food.
Soon Jacob came back inside and was sitting with me.
"You know I never asked, what's it like being your own alpha now?" I asked him. He sat there thinking about how to answer this question.
"Don't get me wrong I miss the guys. They are like family you know? But now, I get to make the orders instead of following them. I get to make up my own mind, my own choice, it's just nice." He says. Well I guess that makes some sense.
"Why didn't you just take the alpha role when you phased then?"
"Well at the time, this wasn't the life I wanted. I just wanted to be normal but that didn't get to happen. So I just let Sam take the role so I could be a little bit more normal. I thought it was best back then." Jacob said.
"Has anything happened with Sam's pack and wanting to attack us?" I asked him after a few minutes of silence.
"No. But Seth and I cannot hear them since we left the pack. I do know they haven't made any moves so that's good I guess." He says.
"Yes I guess so. I tried calling Violet earlier to see if she'd help or try and talk to them since she's already a mother and pregnant right now and I didn't get the response I was hoping for. You know, I understand that I did kind of ditched her after the Cullen's left and I never supported her after I heard what Emmett did. But I hoped she would've let that go by now and just be friends with me and help get the pack to understand but I guess not." I tell him.
"I also wish I could figure out how to get her powers then maybe I could take them and protect my family including you from the pack. We could all be powerful together. No one would stand a chance." I tell him.
I continue trying to play the poor pitiful me card because I want attention and affection since Edward still isn't talking to me.
"Has that husband of yours talked to you yet?" He asked me.
"Yea but not much. It's back to glances and stares." I say starting to fake my tears hoping Jacob would move close to me and of course he does.
"Damn you're freezing. I do see where he's coming from and not wanting to lose you, but to shut you out isn't right. He married you and vowed in sickness and in health. And I'm pretty sure this falls into that." Jacob says.
"Yea well hopefully he will see that."
"Hey, it'll be okay bella. You know that."
After a few more minutes, Esme comes in with some pasta for both Jacob and I.
"Thank you. I appreciate it." I tell her.
"Yes thank you." Jacob says.
After she leaves we go back to talking and I can't stop thinking about ways to end this bitch and that pack so I and my family can be powerful and unstoppable.
