(Wednesday, the week while Bella and Edward were gone.)
After Rose talked to the kings yesterday, she seems to be more relaxed. She got a call this morning from them saying we would meet around 6pm. They had asked for the Alpha, Jared, me, and Embry to be there as well.
I was nervous about that but then I remembered Aro probably wants to see what happened to me and Emmett, and then with me and Embry.
Since Embry and I would be gone for a little bit, I asked Paul and Quil to watch the girls. I know they have been wanting to spend some time with their imprints so I asked them to come over for the day.
Rose and Jared were already at the house, so we explained to them, mom and dad what we would be doing this evening.
Dad actually thought it was a good idea because by them knowing of us and seeing we are not a threat unless provoked would mean we could live in peace and hid away from the human world.
The closer we got to meeting with the kings the more nervous I grew. I don't know why either. I guess ever since Emmett attacked me I have been scared of vampires and being attacked again. Embry must have sensed my nervousness because he pulled me closer to him and started to rub my belly calming me down.
We finally arrived at the location. When we got out, I saw three kings, and a few of their guards I am assuming. It was kind of terrifying how they were all standing there in black coats. All their eyes were bright red and it was kind of creep but also weirdly cool in a way.
Rose is the first to speak up, standing closer to them than the rest of us.
"Hello Aro. I appreciate you willing to come and see the truth." Rose says.
"Hello dear. Thank you for being willing to meet us on such short notice. Let me introduce ourselves. I am Aro, this is Marcus, Cauis, Jane, Alec, Flexi and Demetri." He says.
"Of course you already know me, but this is my husband Jared, the Alpha Sam, Violet, and her husband Embry." Rose tells him.
The longer i am there, the more i start to freak out remembering what happened the last time i was near a vampire. I am trying not to so I tuck myself close into Emrby's side. He tightens his grip around my waist and rubs his hand up and down my side calming me down again.
"Rose may I?" Aro asked. She nods her head and places her hand in his.
"Like Alice, Jasper, and Edward, Aro has a gift. He can see everything thats happened by holding ones hand." Rose tells us.
"Well dear I see that you are speaking the truth and that these wolves are not children of the moon. So their pack will remain safe. Now, Violet, I assume, would you care to let me see what has happened to you?" He asked politely.
I step up and I place my hand in his. Images of my time in hydra, training, moving to La Push, being with Emmett, the abuse, Emmett attacking me, the engagement with Embry, the wedding and all the problems with Bella flash before me.
Aro releases my hand quickly, "oh you poor thing. You have been through so much and it does not help that winch bella is making things worse. I am also sorry for what happened with Emmett but it seems you are happy now with your mate Embry." He says.
"Yes, I am very happy with him. He saved me when I needed it the most. But I do have a favor to ask."
The kings nod their head at me wanting me to continue. "We do not want the Cullen's or Bella finding out we have told you about this. The five of us here have been getting a feeling that they are going to try something and if they do, more than likely they will try and come to you saying I am a human that knows about this world. So we want to wait and see if they do try that way if you do ever have to come back and investigate you all already know our side." I say.
The kings look at one another. "That seems understandable dear. And if we do have to come here then we will message Rose first. I am sure Rose has not said anything yet, but we have been looking for reasons to end the Olympic coven because they feel they are above the laws, prime example of Bella being in this world and not being a mate and the way Emmett treated you."
I nod my head in understanding. "Thank you for giving us a chance to show you the truth. We appreciate it and just want to live in peace and hidden from the world as you all do." I say smiling at them.
After a few more minutes of talking the kings and guard disappear. Rose and I smile at each other and squeal excitingly knowing our pack is going to be save and living in peace. We all loaded back up in the cars and headed home.
When we got home, we all went inside and talked with mom, dad, Paul and Quil.
"So I am guessing everything went well?" Dad asked me.
"Yes it went perfect. We do not have to worry about the tribe being hurt and they promised to keep it to themselves that we reached out to them."
"I am so glad everything worked out for you guys. Rose especially you because I know how much you hated that life." Dad says getting up to give both Rose and I hugs.
"Okay so now, we get to relax and enjoy finishing out this pregnancy and getting ready for our babies to be here." I say.
The rest of the evening we sat around the living room watching a few movies. Sam had went home to spend some alone time with Emily. I was happy knowing I could fully relax tonight and not have to live in fear anymore.
