Today is Zoey's birthday. She is 8 years old. I can't believe I've known her for 8 years.
I woke up early this morning and made her favorite breakfast. Chocolate chip pancakes with strawberries and bananas. While I was finishing up breakfast, Violet came down carrying Natalia.
"Good morning beautiful" I say giving her a kiss then kissing Natalia.
"Good morning sweetness"
Bucky and Leah came down soon and took Natalia so we could go wake up Zoey. As we walked into her room we started singing happy birthday.
"Happy birthday day to you. Happy birthday day to you. Happy birthday dear Zoey. Happy birthday to you!" We finished and peppered kisses all over her face and gave her birthday tickles.

She started giggling at us.
"Good morning momma and daddy." She says giving us both hugs.
"Good morning princess. Let's get some breakfast. We have a long day for you today!" Embry tells her.
Zoey jumps outta bed and runs downstairs for breakfast. We were going to be going to the pack house before we left for the zoo. But we haven't told zoey that's where we are going today.
After breakfast mom and dad give Zoey her birthday gifts. She got some new clothes and toys for her room. She was so happy. I decided that I wanted to make this day more special by having her and I match. I want to do everything that I can to show her I want her in this family more than anything.
She goes to shower and clean up and so do I. She comes into our room to get help with her hair. I put it up in a cute messy bun and we went to pick out her clothes.
Once she was all dressed, I went to get ready myself.
Both of us were finally done so we went downstairs where Embry was waiting for us. When he saw us he was blown away.
"Wow look at my girls. You both look so beautiful." He tells us giving me a hug and picking zoey up.
