(Y/N) POV
"What are you doing near my bed" I demand.
They both jump and turn around rather quickly. I marched towards my bed to check if anything was missing. On the contrary I actually found more than I was supposed to: just near my pillow there was a big brown paper bag. Confused I looked at the pair who were staring at the package and me.
"Did you guys do this?" I questioned.
Antartica started smiling a bit and shook his head, which confused me even more, and then started signing something to Greenland so he could translate: "While you were out a country, came in and placed this on your bed. They didn't notice us at first, but when they did they asked us that their identity remaind anonymous".
"Did you see what's in it?" I asked.
"No, it's not any of our business. Although we are curious to know what's in it" Greenland replied.
I sat down on my bed and reluctantly opened the bag and peeked inside. I reached my hand in it and fished it's contents out. I pulled out a heart shaped box of caramel chocolates and some flowers, Bunchberries to be exact.
Antartica covered his mouth in surprise and signed a heart. Greenland also unnoticeably grinned a little. "Looks like you've got a little secret admirer already".
I blushed a bit and didn't know what to say. They silently walked back to their side of the room and started "talking" in sing language. I decided to not pay much attention to them and focus more on what I had received.
'Who could have sent this?' To thought. 'Surely there must be some clue around here somewhere...'
My eyes trailed to the paper bag. I looked inside it again and right at the bottom there was a card, so I picked it up and studied it. It was a get well soon card, I opened it and a maple leaf fell out. I picked it up and I
read inside the card.
"Dear Y/N,
I'm so so sorry for what happened to you, I really hope you get better and that maybe if it's okay with you we could someday hang out somewhere... Anyway I hope they let you out soon! :) <3

-your secret admirer"
I was stunned. Actually, stunned isn't really the right word, I was a mix of surprised, happy, confused, flustered and of course a blushing mess.

Third person POV
Canada quietly got out of Finland's car and gently closed the door. "Thanks for the help Fin, I'll repay the favour one day" Canada smiled.
"No problem bud, see you tomorrow morning to go fishing?" Finland replied. "You bet!" Canada answered.
They both waved and Finland drove off. Canada turned around and walked towards the door, searching for his keys in the meantime. Just before inserting the keys in the lock the door was opened by a frowning America. "Where the hell were you?"
Canada gulped. "I was umm..." He looked behind him to make sure no one was there. "I'll tell you everything, but please let me inside. If mum and dad come home now I'm in deep trouble". America sighed and let him in and led him upstairs in his room.
*one explanation later*
"You did WHAT?" America ask-shouted. "I know, I know, it was a very dumb thing to do" Canada replied, covering his face with his hands in embarrassment. "DUDE you broke into the hospital and just gave it to her?"
"Yes but actually no, I did break in, but I didn't just give it to them, I placed it on her bed while she was away" Canada replied to America. "...and in all this entire thing you didn't get caught?"
"Yes I did get caught, I didn't see that Antartica and Greenland were also in the room and watched me execute the entire operation. But they promised that they won't tell her it was me." Replied Canada, slightly less embarrassed now.
America sat down on his beanbag to process everything. After a minute of processing the information given to him and massaging his forehead, he looked at Canada with a mischievous grin. "Wh-why are you looking at me like that?" He asked.
America slowly arised from his beanbag and s l o w l y walked up to Canada and leaned near his ear. "CANADA HAS A CRUSH!! CANADA HAS A CRUSH!! CANADA HAS A CRUSH!!" He shouted this at the top of his voice.
"OW" Canada shouted and clutched his ear in pain, caused by his brothers shouting. America didn't give a flying fuck about his brother's now damaged ear, he just kept on chanting the same sentence over and over again. Canada ran to his brother and placed his hand on his mouth. "Shut. the. hell. up."
At that very moment the front door opended and the rest if the family walked in the house. "We're home!" France shouted from downstairs.
Canada looked at the door and then back at America "Listen, please don't tell anyone" he pleaded. America licked Canada's hand "EW, WHAT THE FUCK WAS THAT FOR?", he swiftly removed his hand from his brother's mouth.
"That was to get your hand off me. Anyway I'll stay silent, I won't tell" America responded.
Canada sighed in relief. "...if you give me 40 bucks" Ame continued.
"10 bucks" Canada objected
"30"
"20"
"25"
"Deal" they both shook hands and America pretended to zip his mouth shut.
Canada walked out of the room and went into his own room to get the money. He came back with the money and handed it to America. "If you say a single word about this I'll tell mum it was you who ate the chocolate cake a few nights ago" Canada warned.
"Actually Y/N ate it too-" America started. "That's not the point" Canada interrupted. "Jeez let me finish the sentence. As I was saying Y/N ate it too, but sure I won't tell anyone" he finished. "Good" Canada replied and strolled to the door. He placed his hand on the handle and turned around "Thank you, I owe you one". "No problem bro"
