After my short conversation with Connie, I went back to having fun and explored most of the games in the arcade.

When I was on the claw machine, trying to get a puppy plushie, Jean found me. He observed me while I tried to concentrate so that I could put the claw in the perfect place to grab it.

I pushed the button and it went down. It caught the plushie and went up but once it hit the ceiling, the plushie fell. I groaned, frustrated.

Jean tried to get it for me but he failed multiple times. He was terrible at these games.

Suddenly, I started feeling overwhelmed as I watched Jean play. The noises around me started to get loud but at the same time, I could barely hear them.

My heart started racing and I covered my ears. My breathing was getting hard to control so I tried calm myself down but I couldn't.

Jean noticed my anxiety attack and quickly grabbed my wrist. Then, he ran to a photo booth and closed the curtains. He sat me down and started freaking out.

"Hm, uh, how do I help you?" He asked nervously. "I've never been in a situation like this before."

"Distract me." I said as I tried to calm down.

He seemed to have an idea and looked in his pockets for something. He took his phone and headphones out and put them on me. I waited to see what he was trying to do and then a sweet song started playing.

It was just a guitar playing but it was relaxing. While I listened to it, Jean grabbed my shaky hands and waited.

Once my breathing calmed down, I started crying. That made him get even more nervous.

"Hey, don't cry." He spoke.

"I thought they were gone." I sobbed.

"Who was gone?" He asked, confused.

"My anxiety attacks." I explained while cleaning my tears that didn't stop falling.

"Oh, I see." He murmured. "Do you want a hug?"

I nodded. He then embraced me tightly while caressing my hair. While we were hugging, his phone started ringing so he took it, never letting go of me.

"Hey, Connie." He answered. "We're going to be here for a little while, why don't you guys go ahead of us and we'll get there later? Alright, thanks. See ya."

He put the headphones back in the phone and put the calming music. We stayed in the hug for a while as I let everything out.

After I stopped crying, I told him that we could go. He texted Connie to ask where they were and, once we had the address, he grabbed my hand and took me out of there.

We went to a restaurant where everyone was already waiting for us. We were going to eat dinner early because Connie had another thing prepared and he wanted to eat as fast as possible.

When we got there, the group got all worried about me. I told them not to worry but some of them could tell that I just had an anxiety attack by the way I looked.

They cheered me up with the food and their excitement for the thing that Connie had ready for us.

Once we were all done, we went back to the house. We helped Connie arranging the living room by putting pillows and blankets on the floor. We also brought snacks and drinks and Connie brought a huge speaker which he put next to the TV.

"Okay, everyone sit down." Connie was standing in front of us and began to announce the thing we've been waiting for all day. "So, tonight we're going to do..."
