TW: self-harm, making yourself throw up
_____
Yeji's POV

I turned my head towards voices approaching the kitchen, smiling as Yuna, Lia and Chaeryeong walked in. "When will the food be ready, Unnie?" Yuna asked while standing next to me, licking her lips as she looked inside the pan full of ramen. We didn't crave anything crazy and were all way too impatient to wait for any delivery.

"I'll be done in a few minutes. Can someone tell Ryujin that the food is almost ready and that she has to come downstairs?" I voiced out and heard footsteps making their way out of the room. Long arms wrapped around me from behind and I glanced to the side, seeing Yuna resting her head on my shoulder.

"What is it, Shin?" a soft smile crept up my lips and Yuna shrugged a little, pulling away. "Just tired." She muttered softly, putting on the best smile she could at the moment. I looked at her apologetically and rubbed her shoulder, letting go of the wooden spoon.

"We all are, I know how you feel...how about you sit down already?" I offered and Yuna nodded, sitting down in her chair. I remember when we just moved in.

The first thing we did is shotgun every seats in every room.

I added some seasoning to the ramen and turned the stove off, looking around for Lia who was sitting on the couch while scrolling on her phone. "Lia-yah?" I called out and she looked up, immediately catching on. She got up, grabbed some bowls and helped me put everything down on the table while Yuna looked at her bowl like a predator at it's prey.

In the meantime Chaeryeong came back but she came back without Ryujin. Everyone that was in the room sat down and eyed the food hungrily.

"Ryeongie, where's Ryujin?" I asked while scooping ramen into the bowls, hissing every time I held the bowl a little too long because of the hot temperature.

"She told me that she will come downstairs in a few minutes. She's relaxing in her bed for now." Chaeryeong smiled and grabbed her pink chopsticks, eating her food.

We ate and talked about our week and how fun the amusement park was. "The picture on that red rollercoaster had me wheezing." Lia exclaimed and laughed. I rolled my eyes playfully and scoffed.

"Stop making fun of me, okay?" I looked at Lia and kicked her shin. "Ouch!"

I stuck my tongue out and she did the same, rubbing her leg.

The dinner was peaceful so far. Even though the table felt a little empty without Ryujin by my side. I glanced at the clock and chewed on my noodles quietly. Ryujin wasn't here for dinner again.

Just like the past few days.

I wiped my mouth and stood up. The three immediately looked up at me and frowned slightly. "I'm going to get that monkey, I'll be back." I smiled at them and walked away to the bedroom me and Ryujin share.

I'm worried about her. She doesn't have the energy like she had 3 weeks ago. It makes me sad, there's no one to insult me now.

I knocked on the door and walked in without waiting for an answer. The light was out and Ryujin was curled up in her bed.

"Hey." I whispered softly and closed the door behind me. Ryujin turned her head, only to turn it back when she saw me. "What?" A faint voice called out. It seemed soo lifeless.

"Come downstairs, the ramen is still-"

"I'll be there in a few minutes."

She sounded annoyed.

"That's what you told Chaeryeong around 12 minutes ago." I whispered and came a little closer to her. Ryujin let out a tired groan and pulled her blanket higher over her head.
