A soft knock on the door of my new room is what finally compels me to get out of bed, where I've been laying for the last hour stressing over life.
I pull myself out of what has to be the most comfortable bed ever, and swing my feet over the ledge.
I roll my neck and place my feet on the ground, but pull them back up in shock when they touch the cold hardwood floor.
Something I'm definitely going to half to get used to, considering the apartment I've stayed in for four years was a nice building but the apartments were shit. It had ugly brown carpet throughout the whole place, besides the kitchen which had orange wood flooring to match the orange wood cabinets.
I groan quietly as I leave the warm cloud I was sleeping in, and go to open the door.
The doors in this place are huge, just like it seems every other object is. I swear on my way up here last night, I saw the biggest t.v ever as I leaned over the balcony of the stairs that overlooks the living room.
I haven't owned a t.v since I got kicked out by my parents, and the one in Charlies apartment was quite small, but that didn't matter. The only thing that mattered was that Asteria could still watch her princess movies.
There's even a t.v in my room. As well as a king sized bed with cream bedding, two chairs and a coffee table, a fireplace, a big window, a huge closet, and an even bigger bathroom.
I wrap my hand around the smooth, silver handle of the door and crack it open to see who it is.
"Ms. Ariti?" I take in the women standing in front of me. She's quite short, and is dressed in a pale blue dress that ends at her knees and has puff sleeves. She is beautiful and has golden hair pulled into a bun and dark blue eyes.
"Yes?" I pull the door open wider, revealing my plaid pajama bottoms and large white t-shirt that has a hole in the armpit.
"My names Anna, and I was told to come and wake you up." She smiles kindly at me, her voice is as smooth as butter. "It is nine o'clock now and you need to be at the venue by noon."
"Thank you very much Anna." I smile at her.
"The venue is an hour away, so you'll need to leave at eleven." She holds out two folded items of clothing, and I take them. "Hair and makeup will be done there so no need to worry about that."
"Thank you. What are these?" I lift up the clothes to let her know what I'm talking about.
"Those are your dresses for the wedding. One is for you and one is for Asteria."
