As Zhongli stared at the Wangshu parlor [ funeral :) ]walls thinking of what he said to Ajax. "God. Me and him are so different how could either of us get along on a date." Zhongli Whined, "Ajax probably won't even show up. He works with the Fatui why would he ever show up, he's always working." Zhongli whined more. Hu tao slipped around the corner with Yanfei, Zhongli sighed as he saw them out the corner of his eye. 

As Zhongli sat up from his chair where he was slumped over. All he could think about was Ajax. "Stupid Fatui member," Zhongli said sleepily and then fell asleep on the table as Hu Tao slipped back into the room and put a blanket over him. "You are nice sometimes," Yanfei commented as they both ran out again and ran up to where they hung out.

Ajax woke up at the strike of 6:00 AM as he looked around for something to wear he realized that he was going to meet Zeishing today. Ajax sighed as he put on something formal. "This should work." Ajax was talking to himself. Signora wasn't in the bank anymore, for she had died to an Archon. Ajax thought of who the archon of liyue was, "Rex Lapis. He's dead Isn't he..?" Ajax said unsettled.

As he walked out of his room and down the hall to the front of the bank, he smiled at everyone in the bank and walked outside, he waited for Xeishing [Sorry if I switch spellings: "D.] As he waited leaning on the railing, but Xeishing never showed. He sighed and walked down into the main part of Liyue harbor, he was in a bad mood now so he kept walking and walking til before he knew it he was halfway across Liyue at the frozen tree as he looked up at the frozen branch he sat down and watched the hilichurls run around.

Zhongli woke up from his sleep and felt the blanket over him, he smiled and got up, "I wonder what time it is." As he looked outside it was mid-day. "Oh, I missed Ajax and I's date..." Zhongli sounded down and went back inside and changed into a long coat and slacks with a black button-up and went out to find Ajax. As he wandered around he too soon got to the frozen tree. He saw Ajax sleeping leaning up against the root of the tree. "Ajax!" Zhongli called. 

Ajax jolted awake and looked around. "Huh? Xesihing?" Ajax looked around and then saw Zhongli and waved. "Hello Xeishing, A bit late aren't you?" Ajax called, as Zhongli waked over the dry parts to him, "Didn't expect to meet you here." Zhongli commented and smiled holding a hand out to Ajax."Heh, yeah I kinda just wandered here and decided to stay here, I thought you wouldn't show." Ajax replied. Ajax grabbed Zhonglis's hand as Zhongli pulled him up. "I'm sorry, I was asleep, I had a lot on my mind last night," Zhongli said. All that Zhongli had thought of last night was Ajax. "Ah, I see I fell right asleep! Cause I was excited to walk around Liyue with you!" Ajax said joyfully, Zhongli nodded, we can still do that Ajax thought

"Shall we?" Zhongli asked, Ajax nodded, "We shall!" Ajax replied as they began to walk all over Liyue Ajax fighting anything in sight, "It's been a while since I've been in the field, well Liyues field!" Ajax said playfully. Zhongli smiled "Well that's nice you're out now," Zhongli said looking up at the Inn, "I wonder if Xiao and Aether are up there." Zhongli admired, "No, Xiao might but I heard Aether went to Inazuma, something like that." Ajax added, "Ah, how sad Xiao will be alone." Zhongli looked over to see, Ganyu and Keqing playing in the water, "They're far from liyue" Ajax commented. Zhongli nodded, "They have some time off till the Jade Chamber is up and ready." Zhongli added Ganyu looked over so did Keqing "Hey!" Ganyu called Keqing smiled and chuckled.

Before Zhongli and Ajax knew it, it was evening, the sun was starting to set, "We should get back." Ajax commented Zhongli shook his head, "You can I'm off to talk to someone, so you go have fun." Zhongli commented, Ajax nodded, "Goodbye Xeishing!" Ajax waved goodbye and bolted off, as Zhongli waved goodbye as well and began to walk away. "I don't know what we are but we get along somehow." Zhongli smiled and began walking to see Xiao, he made some almond tofu and brought it up to Xiao, "Hello Xiao." Zhongli said, as Xiao bolted down, and hugged Zhongli. "What's wrong?" Zhongli asked. Xiao was trying to hold back his tears, "Aether... What if he gets hurt.!" Xiao was on the verge of crying, "He never calls for me... Never... does Aether hate me?" Xiao asked, "No he doesn't, he'll call you when the time is right." Zhongli reassured him.

Me and Ajax, are oil and water. That's right nothing else.
