I woke up to the sun shining through the window. I wonder what would happen today.

yesterday i also found out that adam had hurt his wrist during one of our matches, i feel sorry for him.and the whole team knows how much adam wants to play.

I stepped downstairs and started eating my breakfast. after that I heard someone ringing at my doorhuh? who would that be now?

i opened the door and saw charlie "hey charlie is everything ok?" he nodded and said "did you hear about adam and his wrist?" "yeah i heard about that, i feel so bad for him tho" i said out of pity "well yeah same, but i think i have an idea" charli told me "and that is?" i asked "i know who can replace adam" said charlie happily "wait what? already? isn't that sad for adam?" I wondered if this was a good idea "No I think Adam wouldn't mind plus coach wouldn't even let him play and we need that player" Charlie said.  he had a point there, we need that player "so who do you have in mind?" I asked

"russ" is what charlie said "has he already said yes?" i asked curious "yes, sure" charlie said "come on let's go tell coach" he pulled me out of my house "charlie not so fast" he started running so i started running with him

we arrived at coach's office we walked in "coach, coach" charli said quickly "since adam can't play for a while, we need another player right?" bombay nodded "hey y/n could you bring him in here please" is what charlie asked me as he continued explaining to coach "yeah sure" i said and stepped to russ "hey russ, ready to go?" he gave me a smile we stepped back inside "charlie, he's here" i said to charlie tapping his shoulder "thank you y/n" he said "coach, this is russ tyler" charlie said to both then continued "russ, this is coach bombay" bombay started laughing "russ tyler huh?" said coach with a laugh "hi coach" russ said "well russ, what can you do for the team?" Bombay asked Russ. russ looked at him and said

you never heard of my knuckleuck?" i laughed and said "coach you should be ashamed of yourself right now" russ agreed with me just like charlie "uh no i never heard of it" he said. russ, charlie and I looked at each other smiling.

we had a match afterwards and russ was allowed to participate. I still felt guilty towards Adam.it was 2 for us and 1 for russia, the team we had to play against. i saw that russ wanted to try his knucklepuck so i decided to encourage him "GO RUSS YOU CAN DO IT" i gave him a thumbs up and i got it back with a smile. i was not allowed on the ice this time "it's knucklepuck time" russ yelled "HE SHOOTS!! HE SCORES" i immediately started clapping my hands like everyone else in the room. we won in the end.we were chatting in the locker room now until the door opened and we heard bombay's voice "i told him no visitors, but he wanted to congratulate you" it was wayne gretsky, omg."WHAT THAT IS WAYNE GRETSKY" I heard someone say. everyone was so shocked. "can i shake your hand" goldberg asked. everyone started talking and we were allowed to take a picture with him "everyone say hockey" the photographer said "HOCKEY" we all shouted

and by then he was already gone, which is a shame because it was nice to meet him. After that we were chatting for a bit and decided to meet everyone outside. we didn't know where to sit so i looked around and saw a group of benches "hey guys let's sit there" i said pointing to it "yeah good idea" i heard dean say. we all went to the benches together and sat down. i sat next to guy and i wondered how adam would be now. i took my phone and started texting adam.

oh i'm good, but I was wondering if you'd like to meet up with the team and I out here for a little while? it's at the ice rink

i was just about to put my phone away when guy asked me something "hey who are you texting?" he seemed serious "i was texting with adam he is coming here too cause i invited him" i said and put my phone away. he nodded and said "that's cool" i thought maybe it would be better to say it to the rest too"guys? adam is coming here too, i asked him to come" everyone nodded and said things like "yay" or "okay" and more like that. I looked around from where Adam might come and finally saw him coming in the distance. I waved at him so he could see us, he waved back."hey adam sit here" i said when he just arrived "hey y/n, hey everyone" they said hey back to adam.

a little while later we were still talking all the time. suddenly I felt someone grab my hand, I looked who it was and saw guy. i started blushing? normally i never blush but i start to feel something about guy and i can't explain it. he saw that i was blushing and started to laugh a little with me. I laughed a little with him, but I found it mostly embarrassing. luckily no one saw it except guy then. 

it got darker and darker and many people had already left. the only ones left were adam, guy, charlie, julie, dean, fulton and me. the rest had to go home from their parents"do you have plans for tomorrow?" julie asked. i shook my head no and said "nah not really and you?" she said "same" and gave me a smile."yeah me neither" said adam "alright everyone me and fulton have to go now but we will see you guys tomorrow right?" dean said "yup" charlie said

"I think I'm going home too, it's pretty late already" julie said standing up "okay see you tomorrow" i gave her a hug "bye guys" she said before walking away."I have an idea" Charlie said "it's quite late so why don't we go to each other's house and then each go to our own house. it's still a bit of a walk" he continued "yes that's a good idea" guy said "i agree" i said right after it "okay let's go then" we all stood up and walked towards our houses "are you excited for tomorrow's game?" I asked to end the silence "i don't really know, coach gets mad if we make a mistake or lose" guy said "yeah, but he only wants to help us" charlie said trying to defend coach. I nodded

we got close to charlie's house and we said goodbye to him. we saw him enter his house, i gave him another small wave."I saw you just started blushing when you saw I was holding your hand" he said with a smirk. just the thought made me blush again. "huh? that must have been the light" i said "it was dark" guy said and continued with "don't try to avoid it, i saw it" guy said laughing.we finally arrived at my house too i was ready to enter my door but someone pulled my arm and before i could say anything i felt guy's lips on mine. "See you tomorrow y/n" he said and then walked to his house. "see you tomorrow" I stood out there in shock.

guy and i kissed.
