As the black SUV sped along the highway towards Daegu, the old man who was seated in the rear seats of the car couldn't help but express his feeling of concern over the current state of affairs.
"Opposing the NIS still doesn't make any sense to me. I know that the arguments you have provided have evidently convinced the entire nation about the fact that reducing NIS's funds would pave the way for a better future of our country, but it fails to convince me. I still wonder how our nation's gonna keep pace with the world if it's intelligence services go to dogs? "

The tall, muscular man seated in the front seat beside the driver, to whom the questions were directed, replied in his calm, convincing tone, "Mr.Hoon, I have been working with you for 4 years now and I guess I've enough reasons to believe that you trust my intuitions as of old. I'm not asking you to ban the NIS... I'm just asking you to slash down its funds. Taking into consideration the enormous number of times the NIS has failed in its mission and wasted the government's money in the last four years, I think you should not change your campaign plans in the twelfth hour. After all, it's the civilians who pay the taxes, and it's human psychology that they would prefer to spend their salary on their children's education rather than funding an age old institution for its 'attempt' to kill people".

Once again, Mr. Hoon found himself being manipulated by his 'Right Hand'. But his plan indeed worked out. The public were won over by Mr. Hoon's elaborate and futuristic speeches. And these speeches were, no doubt, pre-composed by his 'Right Hand', the man who was now seated in the country's to-be-President's car, and who took pride at the fact that once again, he had successfully drawn Mr. Hoon to his side.

Taehyung's POV

It's time I started my work. Taking out the foldable high intensity communication chip from the secret case in my Mobile's cover, I inserted it into the computer's USB port. This was going to help me communicate to Y/N. While having myself scanned over by the metal detectors at the gate, I had handed over my mobile, watch and wallet to the guards, so the detector couldn't identify this chip hidden inside my mobile. As I sat dived into my work of compiling the Prime Minister's contributions, I spied two jammers fixed at the two corners of the room. I couldn't help supress a smile.
The NIS' communication chips were jammer-proved......
