"Now we shall consider our work done! ", Mr. Namjoon exclaimed enthusiastically, as he brought his fist down onto the table triumphantly while uttering the last word.
" Imagine a hardcore criminal falling for this simple trick! "Agent Jisung however, didn't share the same vitality with the Deputy Director.
"I wouldn't dare call your plan simple. I would prefer to call it brilliant, rather. But it's really a relief that Jungkook fell for it. But... what if he tried to trace the call? Or, what if he manages to contact the real Mackenzie? ""Chill Jisung. Nothing of that sort's gonna happen. It can't. He knows that he is receiving the mail from Mackenzie's Secretary. But he'll never guess that the NIS would hack into Mackenzie's private mail and tamper with the messages Jungkook had sent to him."
"What exactly did Jungkook write, in his mail to Mackenzie? "
"He asked for help. For two backup fighters. He's preparing for the last move of his game. Preparing to give us a check. If things turn out alright, he'll soon be receiving a checkmate."
Jisung nodded, rejuvenated by the elder's confident speech.
"Make haste boy. We must reach our destination before sunrise", the latter said, ushering the former out of the cabin.
