Ya know what's sad? Keith has been alone most of his life.
So this is how his and lances relationship is:
Keith is obviously too shy to ask for affection. So stuff like kisses and cuddles or the most simple things like asking Lance if he could borrow his jacket.
Lance notices this and thinks it's super cute. So Lance would randomly do those things and he'd notice how Keith is over the moon every time.
Ok so imagine Lance having a bad day or something and he comes home and texts Keith where he is and then Keith texts back that he's on his way home and he comes home to a sad Lance and he just picks Lance up and lies back down with lances head on his chest and Lance just listens to his heartbeat and calmly falls asleep and Keith just cradles him in his arms and tucks him into bed.
Then he thinks to himself
Does Lance really trust me enough to try to cook dinner without burning the entire apartment building down when he fell asleep?
