Chapter 2

Abby's POV:

I gasp as they started vandalizing it I ran over and started to yell at The Sharks they all noticed they thanked me and began running to the boys I stayed behind and watched but realized they were gonna end up killing each other I ran after them my knife in my pocket that's when I saw a kid getting cornered I grab his arm "Follow me!" I yelled and took off all The Sharks chasing us as well as The Jets the kid looked at me he realized The Sharks were catching up to us so he pushed me out of the way and he got tackled to the ground I try pushing my way through them "Let him go!" I yelled they push me back "Go home Lucky!" Anibal yelled and I saw the kid got a nail through his ear he screamed then The Jets appeared I watch and slowly step away from everyone as the cops appeared I hid behind a building as I listened in I saw Bernardo there and he was arguing with Riff and Officer Krupke "Who nailed Baby John's ear? The sooner you own up the sooner we can put this behind us." The detective says I gasp to myself

"I can't believe I made Baby John get a nail in his ear!" I scolded myself

After awhile The Sharks and the cops finally dispersed and it was just The Jets "Come here." I heard a voice i look out and see it was Riff "That's gonna scar buddy boy." He says "Oh yeah?" Asks Baby John I assume "Frankenstein time." Replies Riff smirking patting his back "How'd youse get out here anyway John?" Asks a different guy "Well I was running about to be cornered when this girl came out of nowhere and helped me escape I realized that The Sharks would've gotten both of us so I pushed her out of the way." Baby John explains I smile to myself as I listened "A girl huh? She really saved ya?" Asks Riff John nods "I'se don't believe it." Jokes a guy "Yeah where's ya proof?" Asks another I slowly step out and into the sun slowly and began to turn around to run when I was caught "Hey that's her!" Yelled Baby John I took off "Hey get back here!" They yell.
