Love for Dancing

Chapter three

Lily's POV

We have been practicing for a two weeks now and tomorrow we have to go to the hotel.

My stage fright has gotten better. Greyson really helped me with that.

"Maybe you two shouldn't go. What happens when you get hurt or anything?" said mom while she paced around in my room.

Me and Heaven looked at her from my bed like she was joking.

"Are you kidding me mom?" asked Heaven from beside me.

"No. Why?" mom turned towards Heaven with confusion written all over her face.

"You wrote to the papers that you're okay with all of this. And second, it's the only opportunity in our lives. You can't mess that up now. And I have a adult sister beside me all the times" explained Heaven to mother.

"Yeah but-" started mom saying but Heaven cut her off.

"No buts. It's final now. You wrote down to the papers too" said Heaven and laid down onto my bed.

"Mom you agreed already. Why are backing off now?" I asked her worryingly.

"Because I'm worried that something would happen to you" she explained.

"Stop worrying" I said back to her and put few things into my suitcase.

Mom walked out of my room with a sigh. I laid down besides Heaven and we both looked at the ceiling in silence.

"She's gonna call every day" Heaven said after some time.

"Yeah she is"

"But go pack now because we gotta leave tomorrow very early" I said to Heaven after few minutes. And like that she was gone.

I walked over to my suitcase to see that it was half full of my clothes. There was tops and jeans and shorts and long-sleeved shirts.

To the other side I'm gonna put some small jackets and hygiene things. And my underwear.

I closed my suitcase and took my tote bag out of my closet. I put there my laptop, few books, all the chargers and my AirPods.

I put my suitcase and the bag to the corner of my room next to the bathroom door.

I have packed everything except my toothbrush and the charger for my phone.

I hopped on my bed and started watching Grey's Anatomy from the TV.

After I watched and episode I stood up and walked downstairs because mom shouted that dinner was ready.

We said grace and started stuffing our face with a delicious pasta.

After eating I watched two more episodes of Grey's Anatomy and then fell asleep.

It's morning now. 7am to be precise. Greyson and I agreed that I would drive me and Heaven to the hotel myself and he drives Tanya and Megan to the hotel himself.

Me and Greyson to get together in a gas station before we start to drive towards New York and we agreed to meet at 8am so we need to start driving in 40min.

I rolled my suitcase down the stair next to the front door where Heaven's was already. I put my tote bag on my suitcase and walked towards kitchen.

Today is monday so everyone was around the table eating. Mom had made tea so I made myself some sandwich and started drinking tea.

When I got done eating me and Heaven walked to the living room and chilled these few minutes we had left before we had to leave.

"Do you have all your things?" I asked Heaven in case she forgot something.
