I know I said in my message that I was going to show this yesterday, but I was busy and exhausted from school.
If you haven't seen it, I basically explained some stuff with my Beatle hating teacher and how I'm trying to get her to listen to Lady Madonna. She didn't do it yesterday, and until she eventually does, I'm going to keep bothering her. I will get her to the point where she at least tolerates them.
But enough about her; we can't let any negative Beatle energy into this book. It's time to explain why you're really reading this: to see the Macca vector!
This was an art project I've been working on for the past few weeks, where we had to create a vector of something we cut out and make a stamp with it.
Of course, because it's me, I did my beloved husband Paul McCartney. 🥰
This was the picture I used:
Aww, he's so adorable... 😍
After finding our picture, we had to trace and cut it out on this plastic like stuff. I don't know the actual name, but it's super easy to cut through. However, I'm unfortunately in a class full of swines and they all cut towards themselves like the teacher specifically told us not to do many, many times. One girl got it so bad that she had to get stitches. Sure, I may have done it a few times on accident, but those were only small ones.
This was how I did with that:
I'm trying my best for you, Paulie. Some other people asked me who it was and when I told them they had no idea who he was. 😔
Moving on into the next nine weeks, we finally got to stamp with these. I did horribly on the first day:
Oh Paulie, what have I done to you?!
I mean, it's just my artist proof so it's kind of supposed to look like garbage.
Thankfully, my final products came out pretty good...right? I'm not too sure.
They got better as they went on. You may notice all of those streaks. That's where I accidentally got the ink on the wrong parts and it wouldn't come off. I probably should've cut it out a little better.
This was super messy to do and I had blue ink on my hands for the whole day. I showed everyone and they thought I was crazy. My English teacher thought it was funny though.
I titled it "Why So Blue". I thought of it the day after I did my artist proof. Everyone else just had basic titles and I'm over here being smart about it...😊
This is why, just in case you don't know:
I love that song so much. It should've been on the album! I swear, sometimes Paul saves his best songs for bonus tracks...I haven't gotten a grade for this yet, so maybe I'll update you guys when I get one!
Peace and love, beatlemaniacs! I love you guys 😘
