Nora was wandering around Kings Cross, struggling to find platforms 9 and 10. She looked at the platform she was on, platform 25. I went the wrong direction, Nora thought, feeling stupid. She turned around and started to head towards the correct platforms.
She reached platforms 9 and 10 soon enough. It was a struggle to get there, as everyone was trying to catch their train to who-knows-where. She looked around and everyone was going crazy about that new theatre. She walked into the wall where the Hogwarts Express was waiting for her. She got onto the train, searching for Addie and Penelope.
She found them near the back of the train in a compartment.
"Hey guys!" Nora said, "Can I sit with y'all?"
"Yes!" Penelope said. "Why wouldn't we let you?"
"I don't know!" Nora replied as she put her trunk in the shelf above.
Nora, Penelope, and Addie were all getting comfortable for the train ride ahead. Addie pulled out a blanket, and Nora was grabbing a neck pillow and a sleeping mask.
It was 10:50. The train would leave in ten minutes. Students started boarding the train, getting ready for the ride to the magical school.
