Sam and the girls are in the motel and Sam is sitting on the couch and is researching on his laptop. Libby is next to him and is coloring. Ophelia is sitting on one of the beds and reading a Magic Treehouse book.

Dean walks in, carrying a brown paper bag.

"So, was I right? Is it the serial killing chimney sweep?" Dean asks.

"Yep. It's, uh, it's actually Dick Van Dyke." Sam jokes.

"Who?" Dean asks.

"Mary Poppins?" Sam says.

"Who's that?" Dean asks.

"Oh, come on-- it's literally on their iPod." Sam says, pointing to the girls, but Dean remains clueless. "Never mind."

"Well, it turns out that Walsh is the second guy in town out of his house this month." Dean says.

"Oh yeah?" Sam asks.

"Yeah." Dean says.

"The other guy get dragged up the chimney, too?" Sam asks.

"Don't know. Witnesses said they hear a thump on the roof." Dean shrugs and Sam also shrugs. "So, what the hell do you think we're dealing with?"

"Actually, I have an idea."

"Yeah?"

"Uh, it's gonna sound crazy."

"What could you possibly say that sounds crazy to me?"

"Um... evil Santa." Sam says, smiling.

"Yeah, that's crazy." Dean nods.

"Yeah... I mean, I'm just saying that there's some version of the anti-Claus in every culture. You got Belsnickel, Krampus, Black Peter." Sam lists.

"Santa has evil brothers?" Libby sadly asks.

"Uh... maybe. Just, uh... here, color Rudolph." Sam says, pointing to the drawing of Rudolph that isn't colored in. Libby frowns at her dad who gently smiles at her and she hesitantly returns to the coloring book.

"Whatever you want to call it, there's all sorts of lore." Sam says.

"Saying what?" Dean asks.

"Saying..." Sam covers Libby's ears. "Back in the day, Santa's brother went rogue and now he shows up around Christmas time, but instead of bringing presents, he punishes the wicked."

"By hauling their ass up chimneys?" Dean asks.

"For starters, yeah." Sam nods.

"So, this is your theory, huh? Santa's shady brother?" Dean asks, turning to the fridge.

"Well, ah -- I'm just saying, that's what the lore says." Sam says, uncovering Libby's ears.

"Santa doesn't have a brother. There is no Santa." Dean says.

"Dean!" Sam yells.

"What?!" Libby shrieks.

Ophelia remains unaffected, having stopped believing in Santa last year.

"I-- I thought you still had your hands over her ears." Dean says.

"Santa isn't real?" Libby asks, looking between the two men with watery eyes.

"Of course he's real, baby. Uncle Dean was just making a stupid joke." Sam says, sending Dean a glare over Libby's head. The older brother helplessly shrugs.

"You know Santa's real, Libs. You watch all those movies." Sam says, picking her up and setting her on his lap. "Santa's real."

"Why would he say that?" Libby whines.
