"Where is she?" Dean asks as the five walk down an alley.
"She said to meet her here." Bobby says, shrugging. "I'll try her again." He takes his phone out, dialing Eleanor's number. They hear a phone ringing and go to the other side of the dumpster, finding Eleanor sitting on the ground. "El?" He kneels next to her.
"Hey. I guess I could've used your help after all." Eleanor says.
"Just be still." Bobby tells her.
"What happened?" Sam asks.
"They took me. I got away." Eleanor says. She opens her coat to reveal her blood soaked abdomen.
"Oh, Ellie. What have they done to you?" Bobby asks.
"Everything." She chuckles. "The demon I could've handled, but when the angel stepped in, I-- I told him, Bobby. They have enough to crack Purgatory wide open."
"Tell me. I need to know." Bobby states.
"They need virgin blood. That's a milk run for them. And they need the blood of a Purgatory native, and well, they've got plenty of that now." Eleanor says.
"have they opened it yet?" Dean asks.
"Tomorrow. The moon -- an eclipse. I'm sorry, Bobby." She tells him.
"No, it's okay. It's okay."
"I'm sorry, really sorr--"
"Tell us where they are." Bobby tells her. But before Eleanor can tell them anything, she takes her last breath. "El?" Ophelia can feel the lack of emotions now coming from the woman who just died. Bobby gently closes Eleanor's eyes.
"I'm sorry this had to happen." They turn to see Cas and Bobby stands up. "Crowley got carried away."
"Yeah, I bet it was all Crowley you son of a bitch!" Bobby charges at him, but the brothers hold him back.
"You don't even see it, do you? How totally off the rails you are!" Dean says to Cas.
"Enough! I don't care what you think. I've tried to make you understand. You won't listen. So let me make this simple. Please, go home and let me stop Raphael. I won't ask again." Cas says.
"Well, good, cause I think you already know the answer." Dean says.
"I wish it hadn't come to this. Well rest assured, when this is all over, I will save Sam, but only if you stand down." Cas states.
"Save Sam from what?" Dean asks.
Cas disappears only to reappear behind Sam and touch his temple and Sam falls to the ground.
"Daddy!" Libby shrieks, kneeling next to her father. She tries to shake him awake, but nothing happens.

Bobby didn't let the girls down into the panic room to see Sam's unconscious form. But after Bobby and Dean left, they went down to the panic room despite Bobby's orders not to.
They sit by the cot, Libby holding her dad's much larger hand in hers and playing with his fingers. Ophelia stays back, sitting against the wall, not wanting to push Libby's boundaries of their still mending relationship.
Everything is silent and okay until suddenly Sam starts to convulse.
"Daddy? Daddy!" Libby backs up a bit out of fear, her eyes wide with panic. "What's happening?" She turns to Ophelia.
"I don't... I don't know." Ophelia shrugs, looking at her uncle confused. After a bit, Sam stops and he gasps, his eyes shooting up.
"Daddy!" Libby rushes next to him. Sam lets her hold onto his wrist and he uses his free hand to grab the paper on his chest. He reads the address, looking around and finding the gun.
