They're in town on a case about a girl who got put in a mental hospital that Ruby told them about. The girls stayed in the car while the brothers went into the mental hospital to talk to a worker about Anna.

They went to Anna's parents' house, the girls also staying in the car, only for the brothers to find the parents dead.

They went to a church and found Anna, the girls still staying in the car. Ruby had also gotten to the church and they got ambushed by a demon, Ruby and Anna escaping. Sam and Dean had to jump out the attic window in order to escape, quickly getting back to the Impala and drove to a motel.

Now, the girls are sitting on one of the beds as Sam stitches himself up, Dean waiting on him so his brother can pop his shoulder back into place.

"You almost done?" Dean asks.

"I'm going as fast as I can." Sam says.

"Good, cause you know, I got a dislocated shoulder over here." Dean says.

"Yeah. I'll pop it back when I'm finished." Sam says.

"Patience is a virtue." Ophelia comments, earning an annoyed look from Dean. "Just saying." She shrugs. Dean rolls his eyes before gulping down a few drinks of alcohol.

Dean watches as Sam finishes stitching himself up.

"Give me that." Sam motions for the bottle in Dean's hand. Dean gives Sam the bottle and Sam pours the liquid over his injury, wincing in pain.

Libby lightly pats Sam on the head as an attempt to comfort him.

"So you lost the magic knife, huh?" Dean asks.

"Yeah, saving your ass." Sam says. "Who the hell was that demon?"

"No one good. We gotta find Anna." Dean states.

"Ruby's got her." Sam says. "I'm sure she's okay. Alright. Come on." He gets up and stands next to Dean. "One three." He says and Dean awaits the pain. "One..." Sam pops the shoulder back into place, Dean letting out a yell of pain making the girls wince.

Dean goes over to the bathroom sink, groaning in pain, as Sam sits on the bed and holds a towel to his injury.

"You sure about Ruby?" Dean asks. "Cause I think it's just as likely she used us to find radio girl and then brought that demon in to kill us."

"No, she took Anna to keep her safe." Sam says.

"Yeah. Well, why hasn't she called to tell us where she is?" Dean asks.

"Because that demon is probably watching us right now, waiting to follow us right back to Anna again. That's why he let us go." Sam says.

"You call this letting us go?" Dean asks.

"Yeah, I do. Look, killing us would've been no problem to that thing. That's why, for now, we just got to lay low and wait for Ruby to contact us." Sam says.

"How's she gonna do that?" Dean asks. "Why do you trust her so much?"

"I told you." Sam says.

"You got to do better than that. Hey, and I'm not trying to pick a fight here. I mean, I really want to understand. But I need to know more. I mean, I deserve to know more." Dean says.

Sam glances at the girls, hesitant on speaking.

"Girls, go watch a movie in the bathroom." Dean orders.

"What? Why?" Ophelia whines. "I wanna hear too."

"Go." Dean demands, giving her a rare parental look. Ophelia huffs and rolls her eyes before grabbing the iPod and headphones.
