Xiao sometimes despises his sister. She tends to be hard working, and the reason why he hates her is because she even gives him extra homework. When Xiao asks why she gave him the paperwork; not the teacher, she simply shrugges it off and says the teacher would wish the same.

This morning, she slept in because she was doing her homework overnight. Now, she's late, and she demanded poor Xiao to wait for her in front of the school gates. Family should get into trouble and solve it together, she says.

While Xiao was waiting, he was falling asleep until he heard rapid footsteps. Xiao had assumed that it was his sister so he opened an eye and someone rammed into him. Hard. "Oh god, I'm terribly sorry!!! Are you alright?"

Xiao quietly swore under his breath. That was definitely not his sister. "I'm okay." Xiao slowly stood up, dusting his pants. He looked up to see who the one who almost ruined his morning was. It was a delicate and quite charming boy with raven black hair and cyan tipped braids.

Nope, Xiao doesn't know him.

"Anyways, I'm so sorry. Ugh, I should've noticed you. Need an apple? I have one." He said, handing Xiao the ripe fruit. Xiao politely declined his offer. "Oh- oh no, it's alright. Are you hurt anywhere?"

"I'm fine! Thanks for asking." The boy waved his hands, flashing a cheeky smile.

"You should head in. You'll be late."

The braided boy's expression warped from a bright smile into realization. "Ah-! You're right.. oh, hang on a sec. What about you? Aren't you a student?" Xiao sighed and shook his head, reminded about his previous state. "I need to wait for my sister."

"Okay.... Well, I hope she arrives soon!! Farewell, and sorry again!!!!!"

And like that, he was gone with the breeze, as fast as he appeared. 'What a strange guy,' Xiao thought.

At least he didn't for ask Xiao's name, right?
