"so, should i explain or do you explain?" aoi asked angel. "i'll do it." angel nodded. they turned back to me and smiled.
"as you know, yae has gotten back in contact with ei. it seems that yae is now giving her attention to ei, and not you. she has mentioned to us about breaking up with you and going back to ei."
"we told her that it isn't worth it but she said she'll think about it a lot more" aoi interrupted, while angel gave her the why-the-hell-did-you-just-interrupt-me glare.
"back to the point." angel smiled, still glaring at aoi. "we wanted to help you stay with yae, because my tarot reading said that ei would cheat again. and of course, yae will feel angry and heartbroken and return to you."
hmm, i thought. what could the three of us do so yae wouldn't leave me? i was replaying angel and aoi's words in my mind, like my favorite song on loop.
"i have an idea to convince yae to not leave me." i said, brightly. aoi and angel looked up in excitement. "what is it? tell us!" aoi said excitedly. "i would like to hear your bright plan." angel smiled.
"alright. let's do a tarot card reading for yae, and make sure that she realizes what might happen. maybe then, she'll rethink her decision and stay with me." i suggested.
"they're really good at plans." aoi whispered to angel. "i know. is this why yae fell for them in the first place?" angel responded. "i'm not deaf. i can hear you guys." i said, letting out a laugh.
"oh..." aoi said. "do we whisper that loudly?" she asked. "i guess so." angel said. he nodded her head in agreement, as i started thinking of backup plans.
"what about the backup plans?" i asked. "about that..." aoi said sheepishly. "i got a good backup plan. how about you two hear me out first?" angel said, grinning.
"alright!" me and aoi said, ready to note down what the backup plan would be. "so, if the tarot card reading doesn't show the desired results, i'll tell ei that she'll be going on a date with yae, but someone else shows up. and then, i'll take photos of them together in secret and show yae.
once she sees them, she'll either believe that ei isn't meant for her and stay with you or that ei was lying to her the whole time. what do you guys think?" she said, with a evil smile on his face.
"perfect. but where will the date be?" i asked, watching as aoi started typing into her phone. i'm like, 99.9999% sure that aoi was typing down the plan into notion.
"either at somewhere pretty, like watasumi island, or somewhere simple like uyuu restaurant." angel suggested. "or maybe they could sneak out to liyue? in my memories, liyue harbor was a great place with an abundance of restaurants." i suggested.
"liyue?! that's really far.." angel and aoi said in unison. "well.. it's worth a try!" i smiled. then, i heard a knock on the door. i stood up, brushed some dust off my clothes and opened the door.
"yae said she wants a tarot card reading, this instant. she said she had a feeling angel was here, so she sent me here." julia explained, being the one who violently knocked- actually, more like banged on the door. "oh lord. i'll update you later, y/n. you, julia and aoi can stay here and work on the backup plan." angel said, taking her purse. he walked out the door, placing her phone to his ear.
"you know her?" i asked. "yeah, i do. i'm friends with a lot of people." julia said, placing her purse on my kitchen island.

"yeah, and then if the universe says otherwise, we were going to let ei go on a 'date with yae' and then yae doesn't show up and someone else does. then, angel, or one of us will secretly take a picture of them and send it to yae as proof that ei isn't good enough for her."
"great plan. let's wait for angel to report back to us."
