"C-can I-I ask som-something?" I nodded and smiled. "W-Why did y-you give m-me a b-bed."

Oh fuck no.

She didn't just fucking ask that.

(Alpha Rascal's Point of View)

I looked at my beta. He had the same expression. 

Anger.

Who was her pack. She had to be running from them. They obviously severely beat her and it had to be years of abuse and neglect. My poor kitten.

"We gave it to you because everyone deserves a bed."

She nodded and looked like she had another question. "You can ask anything, just ask away."

"W-when will y-you r-reject mee." 

Okay I didn't like that question at all. It not only pissed me off, it also pissed off Rux. He took over for a moment answering for me. 

"Never. Your mine. Don't forget it." 

Once he let me back in, She let out a sob. 

"I-I'm sorry. I-I Es-Esther Si-Sierra here- hereby re-" 

I ran and covered her mouth with my hand. I couldn't let her do it. 

"Esther, give me a chance, please. If you reject me, I can't keep you safe." 

I was pleading someone. I'd never done it before and I felt pathetic, but I couldn't let her. She mumbled so I released my hand from her lips to hear her clearly. 

"I'm n-not good en-enough f-for anyone." I growled softly.

Wrong.

She was worthy of the world. 

"Esther, give me a chance. I'll prove to you that you deserve a chance just as much as you deserve to have a mate." She thought for a moment. Looking at Luke and back to me multiple times. 

Finally she nodded.

I let out a breath that I didn't know I was holding. "Can I help you back to the bed?" She hesitated but nodded. I picked her up and set her on the bed. 

She couldn't walk for a few weeks. She had to get the strength back in them. 

So that means that I can carry my kitten for a few weeks without her asking for a reason.
