Mikes pov-
I sat, hunched over with my head hung low with the stares of Tony and Jaime burning into me. They knew I knew something about last night's events. And they were right, I did know something. However, I was not about to share it with them. I already had a threatening guilt swallowing me up inside and I couldn't take judgement from them to. No way.
"Mike...Care to tell us what you know about last night?" Tony's voice rang out piercing the silence around us.
"I don't know anything Tony, I swear" that of course was a lie. "Anyways, either of you going to help me clean up this mess?"
I practically sprang up and got to work before the others could protest.
We spent about an hour throwing cup after glass after plate into black bags before Jaime turned around and spoke.
"I think I'm going to cook us some breakfast, and then wake Vic and Kellin up, we all need feeding after all." He ginned and sped off to the kitchen.
I couldn't help but giggle at his ability to get so exited over cooking. The thought of food actually lifted my mood a bit however it wasn't enough that I was realsed of the guilt weighing me down.
The whole fight is my fault. The fact that Vic is in there bruised and battered is my fault. I should Learn to pick my battles. I wish I wasn't so cocky, if I had kept my head Down and not started trouble everyone would be fine right now and no one would be injured. I feel terrible for this, I was being a show off, my drunken self was trying to impress Alysha and look where that's landed me.
I was knocked out of my thoughts by a hard tap on my head, I looked down to see a plastic cup, that had bounced off my head, spinning by my feet.
A stifled giggle came from across the room and I turned to see a Tony Perry pulling the most innocent face he could while holding back a massive grin. I was not falling for it. Picking up the plastic cup I it launched across the room where it hit tony straight in the face. He pulled a look of fake horror before picking up a paper plate and trowing it forwards. Much to my amusement, it swerved in the air and hit Jaime right in the leg. He spun around throwing his hand in his hip while dramatically shaking his finger at us.
"Now now children, now is not the time for games" he spoke out sounding just like your typical suburban house wife, this of course, threw us all into a fit of laughter.
My jaw had just began to ache when we were silened by the familiar sound of a door unlocking. Out came Vic, using Kellin for balance. His face was a mess, dried blood around his nose, a purple bruise on his jaw so big it looked fake and a black eye. But it was the way he was clutching his ribs that told me that this was not the worst of it.
I turned my attention to kellin, he had bruising and swelling underneath both of his eyes and was walking with a limp.
To see them like this was mortifying. To know I caused this was heartbreaking.
Vic'spov-
I could feel the warmth of Kellins body, which lay right beside me. The fact that he was here with me made me so happy I almost forgot last nights antics. However the memories came flooding back when I opened my eyes and firery pain spread through my face and neck. This cause me to take a sharp inhalation, which brought to my attention the state that my ribs were in, breathing was a struggle.
