"Get out of here."

Ran pushes Shinohara Ryuu aside, making space for him to move. If he comes here just to corrupt their marriage, he would've avoided him.

He doesn't know what words he will come up with, so better get out of his sight before Ran can't control his anger and pull out a gun to shoot him to death.

"Woah, woah. Isn't that rude?" Ryuu laughs a little while placing a hand on Ran's broad shoulder. "Y/N should've introduced you to me. What an interesting guy she married."

Ran slaps the hand away, and this time Ryuu leans against the wall. Perhaps he himself is tired of dealing with Ran already.

"Don't touch me." Both of them make direct eye contact for a while before Ran cuts it off with a glare and Ryuu cuts it off with a smirk.

"How did she even agree to marry you? Oh, it was a forced one, wasn't it?" If Y/N is here, she would've said Ryuu is just the male version of that bitch Mihara.

"A guy like you has no rights to talk about our marriage."

Ryuu pulls himself away from the wall as he leans closer towards Ran. "How can you be so confident in saying that? I know her better than you do, Haitani Ran."

The criminal clenches his jaw so hard that it tenses and now his jawline is sharper than ever. "You are a criminal. Are you aware of that fact?"

"I am aware." He presses on his voice to make it sound deeper.

"Then why still marry her?" Ran tilts his head and squints her eyes a little. As if he's deaf, as though he couldn't hear what question Ryuu asked.

"The matter of me marrying her has nothing to do with you." Ryuu claps his hands as he leans back against the wall.

"I heard you've been having a great affair with Kina Mihara or should I say your first lover? And I don't see Y/N is happy with that." Ran steps forward to Ryuu as he punches the wall next to the male's head. "What the fuck are you trying to say?"

"I'm saying that: Y/N isn't happy with you. She never will. I can see it in her eyes. I've known her for years since we were kids and I knew her well. If she's happy, she doesn't say it. If she's sad, she'll pretend nothing happens. She is the one who loves to hide her feelings."

Ran makes a cold and mad eye contact with Ryuu again. "I want to claim her back. I want to make her mine. I can make her happy. I can be a better man than you."

Those triggering words coming from Ryuu makes Ran can't hold it anymore. He grips his fist into a solid face, ready to throw it at Ryuu's face.

"Really? Want to punch me? Y/N will hate you more if you do that." Hearing that, Ran's eyes widened. Can't deny, suddenly his muscles relax and the fist loosens. Ran closes his eyes for a while and takes a deep breath to calm down.

"Weren't you the one who dumped her in high school?"

Ryuu's eyes slightly shot in surprise but he tries to hide it by turning away. "You think I can't figure out things?" Ran stares at the male who now seems to be triggered. "Or perhaps seeing her beautiful now makes you want to have you back when you dumped her at her worst?"

"I didn't dump her." Ryuu grabs Ran's collar as he pushes the muscular man against the wall. "She confessed to me. I didn't know what to say at that time. All I knew was to apologise. But I didn't say something meant to turn her down. She was the one who took it mistakenly and left."
