6 YEARS LATER.

Minjeong and Jimin arrived at the party. A party held for Minjeong's company because it's in the big 10 of the most profitable company in the world. they're in seventh place.

All of the important people became guests at this glamourous party. People started gathering around Minjeong and Jimin.

"congratulation!" Taeyeon greeted. "I know you'll make it!" Taeyeon's company is currently in third.

"thanks, ma'am." Minjeong put her arm around Jimin's waist. "I see you're still on top."

"oh, you will take my place if you're lucky enough." Taeyeon laughed. "I bring my daughter." Taeyeon looked back and called her.

"hey." The girl looks younger than Minjeong. "Ryujin."

"nice to meet you." Minjeong greeted her. "so you'll be the one taking care of the company after her, right?"

"sure. if she lets me." Ryujin scoffed.

Minjeong somehow see her old self in Ryujin.

"she's still having a lot to learn. I should be retiring next year." Taeyeon looked at Ryujin. "if she's like you, I won't have these wrinkles on my face."

"you're being too nice, ma'am." Minjeong laughed a little. "why don't you come by my company? maybe we can hang out or something."

"nah... you're still below my company. I don't need your help." Ryujin shook her off.

"don't get me wrong. I won't give you talks about company and managements stuff." Minjeong smiled at her.

"anyway, what's your name?" Ryujin ignored Minjeong and talked to Jimin.

"Karina. Nice to meet you." Jimin replied.

"does she works for you?" Ryujin asked Minjeong. She just nodded and pulled Jimin closer. "ah... you're her girlfriend. Okay."

"I'll be with the others. Nice talking to you." Minjeong then hurriedly walked away from them.

Once they arrived at the mansion, Minjeong stormed off to her room. she quickly changed her clothes and aggressively laid on her bed.

"fucking hell! Why did she look at her like that?!" Minjeong talked to herself. "I shouldn't have invited her. what if she..."

"Jeong. Are you okay? Are you mad about something?" Jimin interrupted Minjeong's thoughts.

"I'm fine. Go to your room." Minjeong started smoking.

"are you sure?" Jimin then felt her phone vibrates. "hey, mark!" Jimin then left Minjeong alone.

Minjeong sighed. Good for Jimin, she's getting close with Mark and helped the company better. Minjeong didn't mind at all.

The next day, Minjeong came to the company a little late.

"finally! You came late and managed to made it on the chart. Impressive." Ryujin greeted her.

"I thought you didn't want to come." Minjeong sat on her desk and started checking her emails and other reports.

"did I? I feel like I didn't say anything." Ryujin then walked to sit in front of Minjeong. "where's Karina? You said she works here."

"she's busy." Minjeong replied coldly. "here. See what's wrong with this."

"you said you won't give me the talk." Ryujin sighed and looked at the file. She took a pen and scribbled on it. "there. I'm not stupid."

Minjeong looked at what she wrote. Everything that Ryujin wrote and drew are bold and clear. Surprisingly, it's all right answers to the problem. Minjeong looked at her.

"so, where's she?" Ryujin leaned in.

"in her office." Minjeong had an idea. "don't you have work today?"

"I do. or don't. everyday is just the same for me. I'm bored." Ryujin played with the pen.

"yeah? Do you have anything you like to do?" Minjeong saw some bruises and scars on Ryujin's hand.

"this is a secret. I like to race. My mom doesn't know." Ryujin said as she lowers her voice.

"a motorbike?" Minjeong guessed.

"how did you know?" Ryujin leaned back.

"you have to make good connections with everyone. I know everything about you." Minjeong lied. she just made a lucky guess.

"oh." Ryujin looked around.

"I'll take you to my place. We'll have a race." Minjeong actually doubt herself. It's been years since she rides her bike.

"so you're in a club?" Ryujin leaned in again. "I'll bring you to mine. You don't have to bother."

"cool."

Ryujin started to get interested at Minjeong. She realized that Minjeong had a lot of similarities with her. she spent a few hours at Minjeong's company.

"Jeong? I finished my work." Jimin came to her office.

"hey Karina." Ryujin stood up and walked to Jimin. She then took her hand and gave it a kiss.

"good evening miss." Jimin took back her hand.

"call me Ryujin. It's okay." Ryujin smirked at her. "I'll go now. I already see her." Ryujin waved her hand at Minjeong. She then left.

"what was that? she's hilarious." Jimin laughed as she walked to Minjeong.

Minjeong ignored her words and walked out, followed by Jimin.

"You ignored me. what's wrong?" Jimin sat beside Minjeong on the bed.

"nothing." Minjeong played with her phone.

Jimin tilted her head, confused. She then took a peek on Minjeong's phone.

"you looked at it for so long. Do you miss him?" Minjeong saw Hansol's picture.

"kind of. I'll ride again. Ryujin also races with her club."

"isn't that too dangerous?" Jimin got worried.

"I'm gonna be fine." Minjeong smiled a little at her.
