Hansol and Yujin haven't heard from Minjeong in days.

"we should go to her house." Yujin suggested.

"we? I don't care about her." Hansol rolled his eyes. "you go. I'll go home."

Yujin then arrived at the mansion and went in.

"Jimin?" Yujin greeted. "who's he?"

"I'm Wookhee. A friend of Minjeong." The man stood up and bowed a little to her.

"ah... okay." Yujin joined the two. "I haven't heard from Minjeong. Where is she?"

"she's still in the hospital." Jimin replied as if informing them.

"still? Since when?"

"may I know where she is? I wanna visit her." Wookhee asked. Not that he didn't know.

"about two weeks?" Jimin recalled. "she's in XXX hospital. I'll be going there later."

"I'll go too."

"I'll be going first. I don't know if I can make it there today." Wookhee informed them and excused himself.

Meanwhile, Minjeong zoned out. Her condition is getting better, little by little.

"Jin." She called. "who's Wookhee?"

"I haven't heard the name before." Jin scratched his head.

"he's Dongwook's son." Minjeong chuckled. "I should've known. If I found him sooner, I won't be wasting my time with Jimin."

"hey. Yujin wants to see you." Jimin smiled at her and Yujin followed behind her.

"what happened to you?" Yujin saw cuts on her forearm. Some of them just healed. "I thought you're dead."

"I wish." Minjeong stared at the blank wall in front of her. "you're not with Hansol?"

"he said he doesn't care." Yujin shrugged.

"hm... I get it." Minjeong then averted her gaze to Jimin. "what are you doing here?"

"you know what? I'll leave you alone. I'll move out of the house. I already bought a place to live. Thank you, Minjeong." Jimin somehow felt angry at her. all the times she helped Minjeong didn't seem to gain her anything. she only made a fool of herself.

Minjeong finally got out of the hospital after a few days, Jin opened the door to the mansion.

"hello, friend." Wookhee greeted her.

Jin got held by two people and dragged away from Minjeong. One more man held Minjeong's arm and dragged her to the couch.

Wookhee put on his leather gloves and pulled out a kunai.

"welcome home." Wookhee started running his kunai on Minjeong's cheek. Minjeong couldn't move that much since his man held her strongly. "I see your pretty little girlfriend left you." He pushed the kunai a little harder leaving long cut on her jaw. "I should have fun with her too after I found out that you... made her have all the things I should have." Wookhee punched her newly cut jaw. "you see... I don't care about him that much. But I do care about my mom." He kicked Minjeong's stomach. "she died, you killed him and we have nothing!" Wookhee used the girl as a punching bag.

Minjeong didn't bother to talk back. all she could think about right now is staying alive. Funny how she's now being the one who's beaten up for revenge.

"say something, bitch!" Wookhee put the tip of his kunai on Minjeong's neck. "or should I kill Jimin? All her assets will be mine anyway."

"I'll give it back to you. You don't have to waste your time on her. she's more useless than you think." Minjeong used her brain. She knows Wookhee is not an easy person to work with. He's just like her.
