Naomi's POV

For a week and a half, I ignored him. Not avoid, but ignored. I wasn't even going to care about whatever he had going on with him and his heffa.

Something I learned at a young age is that you only get hurt if you have feelings. Luckily I've been living by that saying my whole entire teenage life and I will continue to do so.

I'm not going to change for some guy I barely know and his new toy. Even if his words he said to me in the parking lot have been spinning around in my head for the past week.

I was currently heading towards my last period of the day. Luckily, I hadn't seen Dylan and Lisa all day; they didn't show up to class.

Just as I was about to enter my class, the intercom came on.

"Naomi Ranger to the front office please. Naomi Ranger to the front office please, thank you." a lady said.

I didn't even do anything. I hate my life.

I sigh before heading to the front office, hating each step I took. When I reached the front office, the lady that sits in the front desk looked at me.

"Ms. Ranger, the principal wants a word with you." she said before resuming back to whatever she was working on.

I roll my eyes before heading to his office. It's like I don't even have class; I'm just in the front office all the time.

When I walked into Mr. Lee's room, he was typing away at his computer. Once he realized I walked in, he quickly stopped.

"Naomi, please take a seat." he offered, pointing towards a chair across from his desk.

After I took a seat, he do what all principals do- lean on their desks with their hands grasped into each other.

"Is there a reason I'm here?" I asked, disregarding the 'principal smile' on his face.

"I see you and Dylan have created a friendship after the school tour when he first arrived." Mr. Lee stated.

"That's a loose term but sure, I guess." I replied.

Mr. Lee's smile tightened before he continued.

"Well, since you seemed to have done well with him being a new student, I would like you to help out two new students that will be joining us next week." Mr Lee says, getting straight to the point.

Why the hell are we getting so many students lately?

"One, language. And second, because there has been a rise in people moving from different countries around the world and have been an increase of foreign exchange students, lately." he continued.

I've really got to stop saying things out loud.

"Well what's their names?" I question. No use in trying to get out of this now.

"Mateo and Maria Bolivar. He's 18 and she's 17. Their from Columbia. Lived there all their lives but will be staying here for a year. Possibly more depending on how long their parents want them here. They might just stay for education." Mr. Lee explained.

"Do you have a picture?" I ask.

Lee raises a brow.

"What for?"

"To see what I'm dealing with." I respond.

Truthfully to see if the brother looks like an ass-hat, fuck boy, "pick me" boy, or just an incompetent jackass. But he didn't need to know that. I'm not concerned about the girl.

Mr. Lee stares at his computer while clicking his mouse a few time before turning his computer around, showing me their faces.

You've got to be fucking shitting me. He's a model. A fucking model.

"Ms. Ranger, language!" Mr. Lee warns which feel like the 50th time.

I need to think before I speak because I could've sworn I said that in my head this time.

But seriously, this guy is literally a model. Tan skin, black short hair that look like a  shorter version of the Justin Bieber swoop but actually looks good. His eyes were green bro. FUCKING GREEN.

And don't even get me started on the body. Yes he was amazing looking but at the same time, I couldn't stop comparing between him and Dylan.

Like how Dylan had a sharper jawline. His lips were also more fuller than this Mateo guy. And by the looks of it, Dylan also looked taller than him.

Uggghhhh I need to stop the comparing like I know everything about him. I don't! Anyways....the girl was very pretty. Had the same skin tone as her brother. She had dark brown loose curls and her eyes were hazel. She also had freckles.

"They will be here by next week." Mr. Lee repeats.

It's Friday so not a very long wait.

"Can you give me their schedule and all the info I need for this tour?" I more like tell him than ask.

He nods before rummaging around through a drawer in his desk, scanning through names in a neat file with dividers.

"They have all the same classes, that's the reason why I'm only giving you one schedule. But,  you know you don't have to do this. Someone else can give the tour." he said as he handed me their schedule.

"It's fine. The girls would try to seduce Mateo and the guys would try to show off their big nonexistent egos. And the girl's would feel threatened by Maria's beauty, probably would try to look down on her. And the boys would just hit on her the whole time. I'm probably just the right person to do this." I tell him as I grab the file holding their schedule information.

Mr. Lee gave me a look of understanding, along with a short nod.

Their schedule wasn't going to take as long as Dylan's since they had all the same classes. They also had classes closer together.

"I'll be ready for when they come." I say as I stand from the seat.

Mr. Lee nodded before standing along with me. He walked me to the door before opening it for me.

I nodded in thanks before leaving. But before I could get too far, Mr. Lee called my name. I turned around.

"Thank you for doing this. You've been a good student and person. You deserve all the good coming your way." he stated with a small smile on his face.

I nodded, returning the smile before heading towards my class.
