"Father like son."

"Where the fuck have you been!" I heard my sister holler. I focused in on the group waiting for me outside of the school. My sister, Scorpius, Lilah and Bella, Headmistress McGonagall, and Marcus Flint himself.

Bella ran at me, practically jumping into my arms. I stiffened, trying to seem as comfortable as possible. "What? Have you gone deaf! Where were you?" Athalia was livid.

"I was upset, so i went into the woods." I shrugged in response. "You bloody fucking moron!" She yelled punching at me repeatedly. Lilah and Scorpius pulled her away from the grip she had on my shirt. Bella was placed behind me.

"Do you have any idea what you've done to my son?" This voice was deep. I could tell it was Marcus speaking. "I only gave him what he deserved." I countered done with this conversation.

"It's not my sons fault that Ember Zabinis a slut!" Here came the black. I went to launch myself at him, only for Scorpius to grab hold of me. Bella and Lilah wrapping there arms and legs around my bottom limbs to keep me from moving.

Scorpius holding my arms back as Athalia stood by and supervised. "Don't you dare fucking call her that." I spat at him. My jaw was clenched and my teeth gritted together.

"You almost killed my son!" Was his next defense. "I should've killed him! He's a perv just like you!" Everyone went speechless.

"Father like son...right?" I put on the same crazed and sarcastic grin my father would have in this situation. It used to scare people that I looked like him as much as I did.

"I should kill you." He muttered. Headmistress McGonagall stood in between us, obviously angry. "Now Mr. Flint, I will not have you threatening one of my students!" She lectured. "He almost-" he started. "I know what happened Flint! I was there!" She broke out.

I had never seen her this frustrated before. "Mister Riddle will be handled by me, but you need to either head back to the infirmary and stay quiet or leave!" She gave him the choice. He decided to leave.

"Kieran, my office." She informed me. The girls let go along with Scorpius wishing me good luck and sending me on my way. I followed close behind McGonagall completely exhausted.

We finally arrived her sitting across the desk and me on the other side. "Gregory Flint is alive but Madame Pomfrey has been up all night treating his wounds." She informed me. I shook my head at her to let her know I was listening.

"A couple of student sources told me...black fog was surrounding you Kieran." My eyes widened, I thought I was hallucinating that. "They said you seemed as though you were scared." At that I played off a scoff. I couldn't let anyone know I had a weakness.

"Scared? Riddles don't get scared Miss McGonagall." I replied, chuckling.

"Your Uncle Tom was scared of his father, Mattheo also known as your father was scared of losing Dabria, you my boy are scared of yourself and what you can't control." My mouth dropped, becoming dry.

"Tom never learned how to love the right way, your father loved Dabria, and you love Ember Zabini but you're trying to distract yourself with Arabella Malfoy." She wouldn't stop. She just kept on going.

"Tom would protect himself, your father would protect your mother and his children, and you would protect your sister and friends to death." She gave me a proud look.

"Now tell me, how am I doing Mister Riddle?" I closed my mouth, trying to contain my composure. "You're not even close..." I commented. "Well then tell me how it really is Kieran." I thought for a moment.

"I don't love Ember even in the slightest, I hate her in fact." I rolled my eyes. She gave me a raised knowing brow. "Your love for her runs through your veins and in your blood, which is why everytime someone mentions her in a non positive way...you break." She observed again.

"Please stop." I mumbled rubbing my eyes. "Kieran there is no shame in loving someone." She tried to ease me out of my shell.

"When your a Riddle, loving someone is the definition of weakness! Someone finds that weakness and they kill it! They die!" I clenched my fists raising my voice.

"Like your mother?" How could she sit there so calmly and say that? "This has nothing to do with my mother." Her voice again?

"Kieran calm down." Her voice was gentle and soothing. "I can't!" I screamed. "Kieran stop it! You'll lose your temper again!" She seemed frightened. "I can't stop!" Miss McGonagall looked confused and frightened.

"Kieran! What's going on?" She stood from her chair walking closer to me. "She's in my head!" I cried out. My hands gripped my hair tightly. "Who?" She wondered in a panic. "My mother!" I admitted. My eyes squeezed shut.

"Merlin..." she whispered. I clenched my fists and controlled my breath. Finally I calmed myself down. "You're just like her Kieran..." my eyebrows knit together.

"Yeah I'm exactly like the tragic Dabria Weasley?" I choked down a laugh. "She was far from tragic Kieran...the way she passed was tragic but she was not." I shook my head, I didn't want to hear anything else.

"Your mother was brave. She was the bravest girl I have ever met. She stood up to your grandfather and your father at once! She ended a war for Merlin's sake Kieran!" I finally met her eyes that were burning into my head.

"I'm not here to talk about my mother...just tell me my punishment and leave me be." She almost looked disappointed.

"A months worth of detention, and I'll be speaking to your father." I nodded my head standing from my seat and heading towards the door. "Mister Riddle!" I turned to face her once more.

"Feel free to come and speak to me anytime you need to." She gave me a reassuring smile that I tried to replicate. Then I walked out of the door into the hallways where everyone waited.

My group, teachers, and almost every student in Hogwarts. All of them stared at me in fear. I guess my grandfather was right about one thing.

Respected my most, but feared by all.
