I smiled as i rolled over, feeling warm arms wrap around me. "good morning" Kol said as i tried to go back to sleep. "it's not for another hour" i mumbled and he chuckled. "yes it is" he said as he peppered kisses down my cheek and neck as i chuckled. "fine" i huffed surrendering any thoughts on getting more sleep.

Kol and i have been secretly seeing each other for a few weeks now behind my friends and families back. Elena playing the role of over baring older sister down to a T.

We met in the grill, he said he'd beat me at pool and i'm not the type of girl to shy away from a challenge from a handsome stranger. Being a vampire already, i had a feeling who he was but it didn't stop me getting to know him, or apparently jumping into bed with him.

But the past week had been exciting, sneaking around behind everyone's back, made a change from them trying to hide things from myself and Jeremy all the time. Fortunately myself and Elena decided it was too dangerous for him right now and he's living up in Denver, seemingly having a great time making some new friends.

Elena has been staying over at the Salvatore house for a few days with Stefan, finally patching things up after the ripper size bump in the road.

Therefore myself and Kol have had the laziest few days possible . . . well not lazy in the sense we haven't been doing anything.

I hadn't spoken to anyone, just about managing to reply to any texts incase anyone decided to drop by and 'check in' like people had a habit of doing in this town.

"What is today?" i mumbled, trying to wake myself up more by sitting up and rubbing my eyes. "Saturday" Kol replied interlocking his hand with mine. I let out a sigh and flopped back down, landing on his chest. "she's coming home today" i mumbled and kol chuckled. "it's not a problem, we can relocate" he said smirking and i rolled my eyes. "she's going to start thinking i'm avoiding her. Now Jeremy's gone her attention is unfortunately on me" i said as i traced my fingers lightly over his chest. "you're far more sneakier than you give yourself credit for" he said planting kisses down the side of my cheek. "or we can stay here and let her walk in on us" he said with a smirk as i rolled my eyes "now that, darling would be funny" he said chuckling and i shook my head laughing softly. "absolutely not" i mumbled as i went to swing my legs over the side of the bed and get ready for the day.
Elena was an early riser so i doubt she'd be back later than lunchtime.

"where do you think you're going?" kol said as he wrapped his arms around my waist and pulled me back to bed. I giggled as he was quickly pinning me down, my arms rested around his neck. "well nowhere now i guess" i responded with a smirk as he smugly smiled, leaning down and placing a soft kiss on my lips. Within seconds it began to escalate and before i knew it i heard the front door opening downstairs.
I broke apart from Kol, gave him a final kiss before whispering 'go' and like a flash he was gone. I was left with very messy sheets and the sunshine beaming through the open windows. I got up, stripped my sheets off and bundling them up in my arms, carrying them downstairs.

"hey" Elena said from the kitchen as i walked down. "hey, how was your stay and hotel salvatore?" i questioned with a wink and she rolled her eyes smiling. "5 stars, as satisfying as ever" Damon announced from behind me. "what's he doing here?" i announced with a sigh as i walked over to the washing machine. "you reak" Damon concluded, standing very closely behind me as i turned around, bumping into his chest. I pushed past him, annoyed at his remark as i made my way over to the fridge. "Damon, go home" Elena grumbled, not up for facing the inevitable argument that would break out between us. "harsh, but it's far to stuffy in here, allergies and all" he said as he then walked out the door with a shit eating grin. I heard his car start as he sped off out the drive, no doubt going for a day drinking session at the Grill. Damon and I got on for a period of time, but recently since he's been a complete dick. So i thought two can play that game.
