Our baby proofing stuff came in last week and we've been doing a little bit every day since
We got the corner covers all over and we had to test the fire alarms cause cooper can't cook and nessa leaves stuff plugged in
Anyways
I'm 31 weeks pregnant
Ahh
I'm fucking huge still ofcourse
This boy is so active apparently I'm liable to go into labor at anytime some people go into labor that soon but I'm just under 2 months from like giving birth so yeah
We're going to the doctor in 20 minutes it's so exciting now
I wore these black jeans and a white crop top

My feet are huge like yucky my belly is big af and all I do is sleep
Anyways
We got to the doctors
And the nurse was rubbing my belly with the gel
Nurse: mom he looks amazing
Ahh I'm so happy I just want him to be perfect
Me: yeah
Nurse: mhm uhh about 15 and a half inches which isn't far behind
Good
Nurse: what kind of symptoms are you having
Me: hm um I'm really tired I'm peeing alot and my back really hurts and it's like hard to sleep more then a few hours when I do
Nurse: any headaches
Me: mhm
Nurse: what do you take
Me: advil
Nurse: okay instead take baby aspirin
Me: mkay
Nurse: have you gotten a hospital bag ready
Me: um no should I
Nurse: I would you really could have this baby at anytime usually they don't come on there due date so you wanna be prepared if he comes early
Me: okay
Nurse: and there's a bunch of checklists and mom blogs to recommend what you should pack
Me: mkay
Nurse: well I'm gonna send dr. Allison in soon and I have some images at the front desk
Me: okay thank you

Soon she came in
Doctor: so how are you
Me: I'm good
Doctor: wonderful
Doctor: so beautiful baby boy in there very hairy
How does she know that omg
Doctor: eye brows eyelashes and lots of hair on his head
Me: mhm
Doctor: around this time he's getting his senses Taste and touch smell
Doctor: he can smell and all
Me: I thought he's in water like
Doctor: amniotic fluid but yeah it's really like his pee but it circulates in and out
Me: ew
Doctor: well it's not like real pee like when we drink and we go to the bathroom
Me: oh
Quinton laughed a little
Doctor; so the back pain your having or any lung pain is from his kicking right now and for the rest of your pregnancy his head is on the edge of your cervix to be birthday in a few weeks so his feet are kicking into your chest lungs and back
Me: oh
Doctor: so you may easily get out of breath so take it easy and if you do sit down and take a breath
Doctor: also you may feel slight contractions but don't freak your not actually going into labor your body is just practicing for when you do they shouldn't be more then a 3 on a pain scale
Me: okay
Doctor: but if your feeling contractions very painful and longer then like a minute you should call and go to the hospital
Me: mkay
Doctor: are you planning to breastfeed or formula
Me: Um I don't know probably formula
Doctor: well your body will naturally produce milk so beware that formula feeding and doing nothing with your milk will cause a lot of pain
Me: mm why
Doctor: well your breast are producing milk but your not getting rid of it so it eventually clogs up soon it stops telling your brain to make milk but that's after a month of milk clogs
Oh damn
Me: okay
Doctor: just something to think about I really recommend breast feeding
Me: mhm
Doctor: any questions or anything
Me: I don't think so
Doctor: mkay wonderful I want to see you every week til he comes okay
Me: sounds good
Doctor: dad you all good?
Quinton: huh yep
We went out and scheduled our next meeting for next Friday and every Friday after that
We got in the car quinton driving while I was looking at online stuff for what to put in a hospital bag
Me: we need to go to target hm?
Quinton: mkay for what tho

Me: well I don't even have a bag to put stuff for the hospital so
Quinton: mkay
Me: and I want some pickles
Quinton: why pickles
Me: well that's what he wants
We got to target and went inside
We shopped around and I got my pickles
