Chanyeol was awoken by small strips of sunlight that passed through the curtains that covered the windows. He sighed and tried to stand up but was held when he felt a sudden pain, jolt on his back and then it went throughout his body.
He suddenly remembered what happened yesterday. He looked around his surroundings, looking for a particular person but he haven't found him. Baekhyun already left? He felt sudden sadness thinking that Baekhyun had already left when he was still asleep. He shouldn't have slept just to make the teacher stay a little longer.
He suddenly heard a humming sound outside his room and that made him stand immediately from his bed. He went outside and found Baekhyun in the kitchen island fiddling on his phone while humming. His back was facing him and he took the chance to sneak behind the latter.
Baekhyun was still oblivious that Chanyeol was already behind him when he felt strong arms that was wrapping around his waist. He suppressed a smile and reminded himself not to react. But shit, I can't.
He faced the guy who was grinning from ear to ear. "Good morning," he said, hoarsely.
"Same," Baekhyun said casually, but his smile was telling otherwise that he wasn't felling casual but rather, happy.
Chanyeol went near him and was expecting for Baekhyun to move backwards but gladly he didn't, so he kept moving near to him until they were inches away. Baekhyun could feel Chanyeol's breath against his face and he could smell the giant's scent. "Do you have plans today?" Chanyeol asked with his deep voice, making Baekhyun shiver a bit.
"No, not really. I was just planning I could go to K- never mind," he replied, but Chanyeol was obviously sensing that he was hiding something but didn't asked any further.
"Do you have something in mind?" Baekhyun uttered after seconds of growing silence.
"How about we do that date, again?" Chanyeol asked him. Baekhyun bit his lip, he wasn't sure though. He still have something to do today and he wanted to do something for Chanyeol because he just ditched him yesterday. It was complicated so he just answered him, "Maybe, next time." Chanyeol was suddenly upset but he hide it with his nod. But that doesn't mean that Baekhyun didn't feel the sudden demeanor of the latter. He cupped the giant's face, "I-I'm sorry. I really want to do that date again today but it's kind of a complicated situation... I-I just can't tell you." Chanyeol nodded and touched the teacher's hand on his face, "I understand."
Baekhyun smiled, relieved that Chanyeol could understand though he haven't told him anything, yet. "So, let's eat?" He suggested.
"Sure. Have you cooked anything?" Chanyeol asked. Baekhyun shook his head and chuckled lightly, "I don't cook, silly." The giant frowned. He said that like it was the most normal thing. "Seriously?! How do you even live?"
Baekhyun rolled his eyes, "Just cook."
Chanyeol sighed, he really can't do anything. It's hard to resist a person you like. Or is it really just like? His subconscious had said. Fuck my subconscious. He hated how his subconscious made him think like it was even right. "Yeah, I'll cook. Just let me take a bath."
Baekhyun chuckled and nodded before the giant went ahead to his room.Baekhyun was left there shaking his head and looking at the door where Chanyeol went in. He sighed and clutched his chest. What is this? The door suddenly opened making him stand up properly. Chanyeol looked at him from top to bottom, more like he was checking the guy out before smirking, "You look good on my shirt." Before Baekhyun could make a comeback, the door immediately closed leaving Baekhyun looking at the shirt he was wearing. Everything looks good on me, pabo.
